Description
The Invention relates to a storage system, in particular for high-bay warehouses, for receiving stored goods, in particular as general cargo.
Out Literature and practice are already a variety of storage systems known for different storage goods, which either on shelves or be stored in or on pallets. High-bay warehouses exist in general from at a defined distance parallel to each other arranged shelves with by vertical supports or so-called stems formed shelf units. The vertical supports limit the respective ones Shelving units. Located between the parallel spaced shelves a free space that extends from the floor to the top of the shelves extends, and arranged in which a movable storage and retrieval unit is that of a chassis, lifting equipment and a lifting table for Recording of the stored goods exists. The free space in which the storage and retrieval unit moves is also referred to as "alley". Of the Lifting table is usually with a transfer unit for Querverschub and discontinuation of the stored goods in the respective storage compartment equipped. The Collection of the stored goods from the respective storage compartment takes place analogously, in reverse order. The movements of the stacker crane are over a central control unit regulated.
Of the Disadvantage of the known storage systems consists in the fact that the actually existing Storage volume exploited insufficiently in many applications will, since the height the storage compartments already after the structural design of the storage system on a uniform measure is and while of the warehouse operation can not be changed. A storage of objects, which exceed the storage compartment height is then no longer possible. In the storage, especially of different amounts of stored goods can often only unsatisfactory space utilization can be achieved. In particular Use cases is the degree of filling at a value of less than 50%. Another problem is the access times for parking and picking up the stored goods. The most common as a stacker crane used transfer cars (so-called floor conveyor) allow only a limited number on insertion and / or removal processes per time unit. The existing one Free space (alley) allows only the use of a maximum of two transfer cars. In case of a failure a transfer car already incurred considerable transport and Storage problems.
Of the Invention is based on the object, a storage system, in particular for a High-bay warehouse, to create that significantly improved utilization the existing storage capacity, and therefore a higher one degree, as well as a considerable shortening the storage and retrieval time allows and in which the failure a stacker crane can be easily compensated without adverse effects to the transport and storage company.
According to the invention the object is achieved by the features specified in claim 1. Suitable design variants are the subject of claims 2 to 11. The proposed measure, instead of the usual storage compartments fixed height to form the storage system with shaft-shaped receptacles whose supports in the transverse conveying direction with inwardly directed supports in a ratcheted arrangement for occupancy of the rack columns and also of individual rows of racks , the shaft-shaped receiving units, with different sized storage and storage, allows optimal utilization of the existing storage capacity and leads to a significant improvement in the degree of filling. Through possible rearrangements, a predictable fill level optimization can be achieved. The proposed arrangement of a plurality of vertically aligned stacker cranes, which can be moved crossing on the different levels, allow a significant reduction in access times during the inputs and / or outsourcing of the stored goods. The new storage system allows it, that at least two, also located on different levels Regalbe diengeräte can be controlled so that in the dimensions of any goods can be stored or stored in the correct position. Through the use of electronic pendulum damping control technical commands are executed so that collisions between the individual storage and retrieval devices are excluded. The possibility of simultaneously carrying out a number of loading and / or unloading operations leads to a considerable improvement in the economic efficiency of the storage system according to the invention.
Die Lastaufnahmemittel, vorzugsweise diein the Compared to the known storage systems accounts for shelves fixed height distance. The shelves will be at any height formed and are therefore no longer at an altitude. The load handling equipment, preferably the
Hubtische, der Regalbediengeräte können jedoch jede beliebige Höhe anfahren.lift tables, the stacker cranes can, however any height approach.
One An essential advantage of the solution according to the invention consists in a multiple Redundancy. In case of failure of one or more storage and retrieval devices this can easily compensated by the still existing storage and retrieval devices become. One in a higher one Level arranged storage and retrieval device can also be for on and retrieval processes be used in underlying levels.
In der zugehörigen Zeichnung zeigenThe Invention will be explained in more detail below by way of example. In the accompanying drawing demonstrate
