Abstract

A windscreen wiper, whereby the water which is wiped in a downwards direction by said wiper is removed before the relative wind can convey it in an upwards direction into the field of vision of the driver. The rain water wiped from the windscreen is suctioned by means of a perforated tube which is arranged parallel to the wiper blade. A flexible tube line redirects the water to the suction unit and the roadway.

Description

According to the state of the art, it serves when it rains switched on wipers to the front disc of the vehicle again and again disturbing raindrops or water free collections. The rainwater wiped to the side or down and flows in slow downhill ride.

The invention is based on the problem that higher driving speed (from approx. 80 km / h) rainwater just wiped down through the Airstream however is pushed up and out with the result that it doesn't drain down can, but largely through the strong Head wind is blown back onto the windscreen and obscures the view.

Abb. 1) über eine flexible Schlauchleitung (durch den Motorraum) zur Fahrbahn hin ab.1. through a suction device attached to the lower side of the wiper blade. This drains the rainwater collected during the wiping process through a perforated plastic tube attached to the wiper blade (see Fig. 1) in parallel and via a flexible hose (through the engine compartment) to the road.

Diese Absaugung kann erfolgenThis suction can take place

B. über 80 km/h.1. by manually or electronically switching on bare suction pump, such as as a secretion suction pump is used in emergency medicine. This pump is powered electrically from the vehicle battery operated and can be installed in the engine compartment. The electronic connection is made by coupling of wiper activity and driving speed e.g. B. over 80 km / h.

Die Absaugung kann auch erfolgenThe suction can also be done

Abb. 2). Durch einen Schlauch sind diese Metallsaugröhrchen mit den perforierten Kunststoffröhrchen am Scheibenwischer verbunden.1. purely mechanical / physical by utilizing the airstream. Here, an acute-angled metal funnel is attached to the underside of the body in the front area of the vehicle so that the airstream flows through it. At the end of the funnel, several beveled metal tubes protrude into the air flow at an acute angle such that a vacuum and suction is created in the tubes (see Fig. 2). These metal suction tubes are connected to the perforated plastic tubes on the wiper by a hose.

The higher the suction, the greater the suction in the funnel Travel speed and the stronger the wind is. So the water suction becomes effective when the water problem arises.

Abb. 5).1. by a plastic strip glued to the window at the height of the wiper blades (see Fig. 3). This bar is attached over the entire width of the windscreen so that the wiper blades come to rest on it in the starting position (see Fig. 4). In the area of the overlying wiper blades, the strip is perforated with oblique slots through which the rainwater wiped down reaches a channel (see Fig. 5).

Abb. 6).In this channel, the water is pushed outwards by the wind and due to the curvature of the windscreen, where it can drain off without obstructing the driver's view. The bar made of transparent plastic material is about 3 cm wide. Lying flat against the disc at the upper end, it rises about 1 cm above the level of the disc like a ski jump to form the gutter (see Fig. 6).

This device requires that the washers wiper and thus also the bar in the air flow of the Airstream.

That means that the force of the airstream, that just wiped rainwater back onto the windscreen presses through the device described above as well ensures the drainage of this water; completely energy-neutral and not susceptible to electronic interference.

(The specified workpieces can be in shape and Material vary).

Protection is sought for all of the rainwater drainage system, d. H. for perforated tubes, Hose system and suction wind funnel on the one hand as well as for the rainwater drainage strip of others on the part of

The drainage of the water has the advantage that the view in rain no longer through water is hindered by the wind from the Underside of the wiper blade back on the Windscreen is pushed up; the view becomes clearer. The result is significantly higher driving safety what, especially in difficult weather conditions widely used in motor vehicles will have a positive impact on accident statistics.

Abb. 7).There is commercial applicability for the rainwater drainage system due to the possible installation in all vehicles with windshield wipers (see Fig. 7).
