The invention relates to a checkout counter for self-service markets, with a first conveyor arrangement
tion, which leads to a settlement facility with which purchased goods are dispatched
can be expected with at least one packing station and with a second För
the arrangement that leads to the at least one packing station.
Kassentische an sich sollen jedoch we
packen. The closest state of the art is a checkout station located in the
DE 43 00 755 A1 is described. In contrast to many other well-known cash register tables
tations, this station offers customers the option of shopping with carrying cases
that are owned by customers. Using your own carrying case redu
adorns the number of repacking processes of the purchased goods. The one mentioned at the beginning
Cash register station has two disadvantages. A first disadvantage is that the cas
a large footprint. Cash desks per se, however,
take up a lot of space so that as many cash desks as possible save space in a self-service
Market can be set up. A second disadvantage of the cash register station mentioned
consists in the fact that a carrying container is used for billing, repacking and packing the goods
must be used, which is the property of the self-service market. After settling the
Purchased goods, the customer must remove his goods from the stretcher that does not belong to him
Unpack the container again and put the goods back in its own carrier
pack.
The object of the invention is to provide a checkout counter of the type here
to develop so that the disadvantages just described are avoided and
that there is no need for carrying containers that do not belong to the customer.
The solution to the problem is that following the first conveyor arrangement
and arranged next to the accounting device, a path is provided, which for
second conveyor arrangement leads.
beendet. The proposed solution allows billing and subsequent stowing of the billed goods in the carrying containers as follows:
The customer places his carrier filled with goods on the first conveyor arrangement. On this, the carrying containers are gradually promoted to the accounting facility. The cashier removes the goods from the first carrier, settles the goods and puts them into the packing station piece by piece. If the first carrying container is empty, it places it on the track, from where it reaches the second conveyor arrangement and is transported by it to the packing station, to which the customer has now also arrived. The customer now begins to fill his first carrier with the billed goods. The same is done analogously with its remaining carrying containers. Once the purchased goods have been invoiced, the customer takes his carrier filled with goods and leaves the self-service market. The purchase process is now complete.
The procedure just described proves to be advantageous in that there are no carrying straps
Containers are required that belong to the self-service market and that the customer is always in the loading
its carrier, usually acquired through purchase, remains in place. Of special
Another advantage is that the cashier, without having to get up, each empty stretcher
Move the container effortlessly onto the path, which is usually an inclined plane
can, from where the transport containers automatically reach the second conveyor arrangement.
It is also expedient if the web is in one in the line of sight of the cashier
Angle to the first and second conveyor arrangement. Then the cashier needs
Give each empty carrier just a little push to put them on the
Send trip to the packing station. The proposed cash desk therefore allows
overall a pleasant, less tiring work of the cashier.
The invention is explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment. In a
Top view and schematically drawn, the drawing shows a cash desk.
Auto fahren. The cash desk 1 has a seat 3 for a cashier. Before the cashier person and possibly also laterally from this, all devices 4 are arranged, which are required to record the price of the purchased goods. This arrangement forms a billing device 2 . A first conveyor arrangement 5 leads to the accounting device 2 , which is preferably designed as a drivable conveyor belt. Following the first conveyor arrangement 5 and arranged next to the billing device 2 is a path 6 , which in the example leads at an obtuse or right angle to a second conveyor arrangement which is usually located lower. Following the billing device and preferably arranged next to the second conveyor arrangement 9 , which is usually designed as a slightly inclined roller conveyor, there is at least one packing station 10 , next to which the second conveyor arrangement 9 ends. The sheet 6 is preferably comprised of a horizontal portion 7, adjacent to the first conveying assembly 5 on the same level and flows from a descending to the second conveyor arrangement 9 Section 8, which the arrangement in the second För. 9 The path 6 can be formed by a known roller path. But it can also consist of a drivable conveyor belt or an inclined plane. In the drawing, three carrying containers 11 are shown. A first carrying container 11 , still full of goods, is placed on the first conveyor arrangement 5 . Another, already half-empty carrying container 11 is located on the horizontal section 7 of the web 6 and is just being unloaded by a cashier, billed and further transported to the packing station 10 . A third, empty Tragebehäl ter 11 is located at the end of the second conveyor assembly 9 next to the packing station 10 . The empty carrying container 11 can now be filled by the customer with goods that are already in the packing station 10 . The customer can park full carrying containers 11 on a mobile transport frame and drive the loaded car to his car.
