Description

Die Neuerung betrifft einen Schlittschuh, vorzugsweise einen doppelkufigen Schlittschuh. Schlittschuhe der zuletzt genannten Art sollen vorzugsweise dazu dienen, Kindern das Erlernen des Schlittschuhlaufens zu erleichtern.The innovation concerns a skate, preferably a double skate. Sehr viel häufiger findet man hingegen in den gemäßigten Zonen Flächen von festgetretenem oder verharschten Schnee, für die Schlittschuhe nicht verwendet werden können, da ihre Kufen einsinken.Ice skates are usually only suitable for flat ice surfaces. Der Neuerung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Schlittschuh zu schaffen, der sowohl auf festem Eis als auch auf Schnee, vorzugsweise wenn dieser festgetreten oder verharscht ist, benutzt werden kann. Die gestellte Aufgabe wird neuerungsgemäß gelöst durch ein im Bereich der Kufen angeordnetes Zusatzteil, durch welches die Auflagefläche (auf die Schneefläche) um ein Mehrfaches vergrößerbar ist. Dieses Zusatzteil, das vorzugsweise den gesamten Zwischenraum innerhalb der Doppelkufen ausfüllt, verschafft dem Schlittschuh eine ausreichende Tragfähigkeit auf verfestigtem Schnee. Ein solches Sportgerät nennt man auch Gleitschuh.
