'}. The innovation relates to a tank container, which is intended in particular for the storage of heating oil. The problem here is the corrosion of the inner walls of the tank, which is introduced or caused less by the heating oil itself than by the water contained in the heating oil. According to the German Auslegeschrift 1 001 791, a method for dewatering liquid hydrocarbons is known in this context. In this prior printed publication it is recommended to dry benzene, gasoline or similar liquids before they are transported through pipelines by letting them flow over the water-absorbing substances, such as banxite or silica gel, T) ε. Wi c ε he swore he has been fuel oil, it would offer accordingly to cover the bottom of as household tanks for Hela oil with silica gel, thereby extending down catch settling water and protect the tank bottom, which is particularly susceptible to corrosion, "This However, the measure has the disadvantage that it is not maintenance-free. The silica gel has to be renewed from time to time after its saturation, which is associated with inconvenience due to the high degree of evaporation of the heating oil. Another in the present Zu-. In connection with this, known method for drying hydrocarbons, materials has become known from German patent 897 608. The hydrocarbons to be dried are then treated with so much hydrogen halide that "a concentrated aqueous solution is formed. This process, too, is unsuitable for the intended purpose. "

Erfahrungsgemäß liegt die Hauptgefahr eines korrosiven Angriffs in der Bodenzone eines Heizöltanks, da sich die dort abscheidende wäßrige Phase mit Verunreinigungen des Heizöls, insbesondere mit Chloriden/ anreichert.intended in particular for the storage of fuel oil, with 'a maintenance-free and sickeren protection against corrosion of its internal walls to "provided β The furnace is particularly concerned with such public transport iik" containers 5 consisting of aluminum, "or from alloys thereof consist" The recent Tests have shown that the materials Al 99-5 § AlMg 3 and AlHgIIn in particular can be used for the production of clay heating oil storage tanks. Experience has shown that the main risk of a corrosive attack lies in the bottom zone of a heating oil tank, since the aqueous phase that separates there is enriched with impurities in the heating oil, in particular with chlorides.
In order to protect a tank container made of aluminum or its alloys for the storage of liquid hydrocarbons, in particular of heating oil, inside from corrosion, there is an innovation requirement. It is suggested that in particular the bottom zone of the tank container is inside or inside and, outside with a metallic layer, which is less noble than the material of the tank container. Since the less noble metal dissolves anodically during the formation of local elements, sufficient and long-term corrosion protection is guaranteed for the inside of the tank. The metallic layer of less noble material can be applied in various known ways. In the context of inflation, it is advisable to use plating processes, especially for economic reasons. . Pur the Pall 5 that the tank container it is made of a AlMglan alloy, it has been found that a layer AlZnI is excellent, .the renewal object according to lösen.-Optionally, even a resist layer are applied to this layer. -Also there is the option 5 the ; Cover a layer with a water-absorbing substance such as silica gel in order to delay the corrosive attack by water as far as possible.
