Abstract

Rainwater (4) traveling down a drainpipe (1) drives a turbine wheel (2) linked to a dynamo (3), both of which are housed inside the drainpipe. Using the turbine wheel to drive the dynamo generates electricity (5).

Description

In conventional rainwater drainage pipes ( 1 ), unused rainwater ( 4 ) is drained from the roof. By interposing a power plant, consisting of a turbine wheel ( 2 ) and a dynamo alternator ( 3 ), electricity ( 5 ) is finally generated from the falling rainwater ( 4 ). The rainwater ( 4 ) accumulating on the roof is conventionally conducted from the gutter into the rainwater drain pipe ( 1 ) and discharged unused. The rainwater ( 4 ) falling in the rainwater drain pipe ( 1 ) is used by this invention to drive a turbine wheel ( 2 ). Depending on the amount of rainwater, the unused water is drained via an overflow ( 6 ). The falling rainwater ( 4 ) falls on a turbine wheel ( 2 ) and drives a dynamo alternator ( 3 ), which in turn generates electricity ( 5 ).

The specified in claim 1 invention is the problem of unused rainwater in houses. Regardless of the season and time of day, electricity can be generated by this invention.

With the invention, that rain water falling on the roof of a house (4) is used to order by the incorporation of a power plant, consisting of turbine wheel (2) and a Dynamo-alternator (3), at the end of a rain water drain pipe is achieved ( 1 ) to generate electricity ( 5 ).

An embodiment of the invention is explained with reference to a drawing. She shows:

A rainwater drain pipe ( 1 ) with an integrated power plant, consisting of a turbine wheel ( 2 ) and a dynamo alternator ( 3 ).

In the drawing we see the rainwater ( 4 ) falling on the roof of a house, then being fed into the gutter and then into the rainwater drain pipe ( 1 ), where it in turn drives a turbine wheel ( 2 ). The turbine wheel ( 2 ) is connected to a dynamo alternator ( 3 ), which in turn generates electricity ( 5 ) from it.
