The innovation concerns flat, deep-drawable composite materials, consisting of a layer of cellulose material, a layer of polypropylene and a layer of polyethylene arranged between the two.
As a disposable container for luxury food and food, especially for meat, sausages, meat salads or other preparations containing majona, cream, soups, cakes or high-fat baked goods etc., bowls, plates - especially those with a room layout - and boxes made of bare cardboard, paraffinic cardboard are used , Cardboard with a polyethylene layer and cardboard with glassine overlay are used. Bowls, mugs and other containers
however, these materials have disadvantages. Those made of bare cardboard are only suitable for dry or low-fat goods. Receiving containers on paraffinic cardboard or cardboard with a polyethylene layer are suitable for receiving moist and grease-releasing goods, but they are not suitable for goods that are hot-filled. Also, such trays filled with filling material cannot be heated in microwave ovens, as is the case in fast-food restaurants serving ready-made meals. The object of the innovation is to avoid the above-mentioned material-related disadvantages of the known receptacles for the purposes mentioned and to create a material that makes it possible to produce containers that can be filled both hot and in which the contents are also microwaved. Exposure can be heated in the appropriate special stoves. The object is achieved by the inventive deep-drawable sheet composite material, with the help of which containers of the type mentioned can be produced and which is characterized in that it consists of a layer of cellulose material, a polypropylene layer and a layer of polyethylene arranged between the two layers mentioned. A particularly advantageous composite consists of
a cellulose cardboard, a polypropylene film and a polyethylene layer arranged between the two films. The deep-drawable, flat material composite according to the invention generally has a thickness between 0.10 and 1.5 mm, preferably between 0.3 and 0.8 mm, the layer of cellulose material having a thickness of 0.2 to 1.5 mm, but preferably from 0.3 to 1.0 mm, whereby the sheet-like structure made of cellulose material can also be constructed in such a way that it consists in its predominant amount of unbleached cellulose material and a thin cover layer of bleached cellulose material. The polypropylene layer of the composite has a thickness between 0.003 and 0.005 mm, in particular it is 0.008 to 0.030 mm thick, the polyethylene layer lying in the composite between the two first-mentioned layers generally has a thickness of 0.003 to 0.050 mm, in particular 0.005 to 0.020 mm . The inventive deep-drawable sheet material composite can, for example, from a cellulose cardboard of 200 g / m [high] 2 to 800 g / m [high] 2 weight per unit area and a polypropylene film that has a polyethylene layer on one surface, the polypropylene film 0.010 mm and the polyethylene layer 0.008 mm thick, can be produced in that
the polymer-coated polypropylene film and the cardboard are connected to one another under the action of pressure and heat that the coated surface of the polypropylene film is pressed onto the cellulose cardboard. The lamination can be carried out by means of devices suitable for this, such as heated rollers or plates, for example, depending on the operating speed, the work is generally carried out in the temperature range between 100 ° C. and 150 ° C. and at a surface pressure of 5 kg / cm [high] 2 to 30 kg / cm [high] 2 or line pressure from 5 to 20 kg / cm [high] 2. The surfaces of the cardboard that are laminated with the coated polypropylene film can also be printed. From the deep-drawable flat material composite according to the invention, receptacles in the form of bowls, plates or cups can be manufactured by means of known methods, for example by hot pressing.
