Hierbei gibt es die Möglichkeit, des Kennzeichnens eines Fahrzeuges mittels einzustanzender Kennung durch z. B. Hieroglyphen oder eine andere Maßnahme der Erkennung mit Hilfe der modernen Elektronik.
