Abstract

Im Stethoskop werden Geräusche gesammelt bzw. gegen die Umwelt abgeschirmt und per Schlauch zum Ohr des Untersuchenden fortgeleitet. Bei dem Phonoskop handelt es sich um eine Fortentwicklung mit Mikrophon, so daß der Schlauch durch eine Leitung per Draht praktikabel, ersetzt werden kann. Es ist nicht bekannt geworden, daß solche Vorrichtungen wie Stetho­ skope oder Phonoskope zur Kontrolle an/in Schienenbahnen für deren Fahrsicherheit eingesetzt wurden. Die Bundesbahn hat erst kürzlich Mängel in der Kontrolle der Fahrwerke von Schnellzügen nach schwerem Unfall zugeben müssen. Zum jeweils bei der Fahrt abgehörten/auskultierten Raum gehört auch die Fahrschiene mit Mängeln wie auch der Gleiskörper. Die Schallphänomene können sich bei auftretenden Schäden am Fahrwerk/Schiene rasch verändern, Ge­ räusche/Signalgebungen über solche Stethoskope oder praktikable Phonoskope können auch durch einen Zusatzfahrtenschreiber schall­ plattenartig festgehalten werden. Das Abspringen oder das Zerbrechen eines Radringes wird sich sehr wahrscheinlich durch Rumpeln und hartes Schlagen im Stethoskop bzw. fortgeleitet in der Zugführer­ kabine bemerkbar machen. Diese Sicherheitsvorrichtung mittels Stethoskopes am Fahrwerk ermöglicht zumindest das rasche Erkennen der Entgleisung eines Waggons durch "anhaltendes Rumpeln"; die Bremsung des Zuges ist unverzüglich erforderlich. daß zur Erhöhung der Zugsicherheit möglichst sämtliche Laufwerke (4, 5, 6) mit solchen akustische Signale, ständig Fahrgeräusche vermittelnden Geräte.(1, 2, 3, 11, 12, 3) vorsorglich zur Verhütung von Unfällen wie partiellen Entgleisungen ausgestattet sind, daß die mit den Geräten (1, 2, 3, 11, 12, 3) empfangenen Geräusche, Warnzeichen u. a. einer Zentrale im fahrenden Zug leicht auswert­ bar zugeleitet werden, die den technischen Zugführer erreichen und/oder bei signifikanter Gefahr sofort zur automatischen Notbremsung führen.
