Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a refrigerator with a heat-insulating housing, inside which at least one storage room lined with an inner lining can be seen which of a flat, in thermally conductive contact with the inside casing evaporator is cooled, which in the thermal insulation of the Ge is arranged.
In cooling devices, it has long been state of the art that their for cooling their Evaporator boards serving the cold room in the heat insulation of the refrigerator are embedded and in heat-conducting contact with the cooling chamber of the Inner lining of the unit. This type of vaporizer, which are also known as so-called cold-wall evaporators, although they have the advantage that they arranged useful volume increasing outside of the refrigerator and thus the mostly smooth walls are usually easy to clean. The most common Measure the evaporator by foaming it in the heat insulation foam embedding, however, due to the wetting thermal insulation foam with itself that the evaporator boards in direct surface contact with the heat iso lation foam stand. As a result, the evaporator board, for example as by injecting the cooling refrigerant into the evaporator out at high speeds, which is the consequence of are turbulence caused by speed, which the evaporator pla Stimulate tine to vibrate. These vibrations are due to the coupling of the foam used for thermal insulation to the evaporator board at first ren transferred. Since the heat insulation foam conducts structure-borne sound well, the flow and injection noises emitted by the evaporator board the further coupling of the thermal insulation foam to the outer casing len of the refrigerator unit radiated from this as airborne sound. The device radiated sound waves, which on the temporally not constant currents cooling and injection noises of the refrigerant in the evaporator board depending on the location of the refrigerator, they do not affect the end user only annoying, but can this with regard to the proper functioning of the Put the cooling unit in doubt as the source of noise is not lo for the end user can be calibrated.
The invention has for its object a refrigerator according to the preamble of Claim 1 with simple constructive measures with regard to sound emission to improve.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the evaporator would on the insulation side is provided at least in sections with means by which prevents direct coupling of the evaporator to the heat insulation material is.
By decoupling the evaporator board from that adhering to it Thermal insulation foam is prevented from being caused by turbulence from the boiling state at high speed into the evaporator board injected refrigerant, vibrating in the form of injection noises excited evaporator board this in noise on the as a good conductor for structure-borne noise recognized heat insulation foam can not transfer. Ultimately, that's what makes him is enough that the injection noises, which are conventional within the heating iso lation foam arranged evaporators as airborne sound from the device housing radiate, can be measured to a significantly reduced extent as sound on the device housing are.
The evaporator is particularly sound-reducing for the cooling unit Means decoupling from the insulation side on the insulation side if provided according to an advantageous embodiment of the subject of the invention is that the means are designed to dampen vibrations. These are advantageously vibration-damping means in the vicinity of the injection point of the evaporator appropriate.
Particularly safe with the thermal insulation recognized as a good conductor for structure-borne noise Onsschaum is decoupled from the evaporator board, if preferred after another Th embodiment of the object of the invention is provided that the means at least largely on the evaporator on the heat insulation side are seen.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the subject of the invention it is provided that the means are designed as a film-like material.
As a result, the evaporator board can be large in a particularly simple manner suitable for series production with the soundproofing agents at low production costs pieces, especially if the film-like material is self-adhesive on one side is executed.
According to a next preferred embodiment of the subject of The invention provides that the film-like material is designed to be flexible.
The flexible design of the material ensures that this be particularly safe and with little effort from the thermal insulation side of Käl surface channels of the evaporator circuit board can follow.
A film-like material has proven to be particularly inexpensive, if after vorese a next advantageous embodiment of the subject of the invention hen is that the film-like material is designed as a heavy rubber mat.
A film-like material is particularly easy to process if after an alternative ven embodiment of the object of the invention is provided that the foli Similar material is designed as a bitumen film.
According to a next preferred embodiment of the subject of The invention provides that the film-like material is the mass of the evaporator heel increased by at least 25%.
As a result, in addition to the decoupling of the evaporator board from that as a good conductor for structure-borne noise, thermal insulation foam also recognized a mass increase reached the evaporator, which excitation of the evaporator board as a result of turbulence caused by the injected refrigerant at least as far as possible prevents, if not completely avoided.
One is particularly sure of the flow and injection noises at the evaporator Avoidance of airborne sound to be returned to the device housing, if according to a last preferred embodiment of the subject of the invention It is provided that the film-like material is sound-absorbing features.

Fig. 1 shows a simplified, schematically illustrated table refrigerator 10 , the front of which is provided with a heat-insulating door 11 housing 12 a plastic inner panel 13 , a spaced outer panel 14 and a introduced into liquid starting components between the panels 13 and 14 th thermal insulation foam 15 , which by its adhesive effect adheres to the linings 13 and 14 and thereby gives the heat-insulating housing 12 its rigidity. Within the heat-insulating housing 12 , a *** freezer compartment 16 is provided in the upper section thereof, which can be closed separately by a heat-insulating freezer compartment door 17 and which is separated by a heat-insulating partition 18 on a normal cooling compartment 19 arranged below the freezer compartment 16 is. The normal refrigeration compartment 19 is provided with evenly spaced superposed, well-serving refrigerated goods shelves 20 and cooled by an evaporator 22 belonging to an evaporator board and formed by a circuit board section, which is arranged on the rear side of the refrigeration compartment 19 opposite the door 11 . The equipped with a manufactured by the roll bond method refrigerant channel arrangement 23 evaporator 22 is applied on the heat insulation side in thermally conductive contact to the back of the inner lining 13 and fluidically connected via unspecified connection channels with a cross section substantially U-shaped evaporator 24 th evaporator 24 . The formed from a second circuit board section of the evaporator board 21 , the evaporator 24 , like the evaporator 22, has a refrigerant channel arrangement 25 produced by the roll bond method and, with its flat circuit board side, like the evaporator 22, is in heat-conducting contact with the outside of the heat insulation foam 15 applied in a freezer compartment lining 13 . The refrigerant channel arrangement 25 has a refrigerant injection point 26 , which is produced by embossing a throttle tube (not shown in more detail) (see FIG. 2 in this regard).
As can be seen in particular from FIG. 2, the evaporator 24 is provided on its surface provided with the characteristics for the refrigerant channel arrangement 25 with a means for increasing its mass by at least 25%, which in the present case is designed as a foil-like material 27 . The film-like material 27 , which can be formed, for example, by a bitumen film or a heavy rubber mat, covers the entire surface of the evaporator 24 facing the heat insulation screen 15 and is designed to be flexible, as a result of which the film-like mat 27 is able to match the contours of the refrigerant channel arrangement 25 to follow. By example, the thermal insulation side to the surface of the evaporator 24 glued sheet-like mat 27 of the thermal insulation shutter as a good conductor for body sound realized is no longer contacted by 15 directly to the evaporator 24, so that the latter is decoupled from the heat insulating foam 15 °. A particularly intensive decoupling is achieved when the foil-like mat 27 has, in addition to the properties used to increase the weight of the evaporator 24 , additional vibration-damping properties. In this case, the evaporator plate Ver vibrations are able to set turbulence, which are caused by the high-speed in the boiling state to the injection point 26 refrigerant, not only by the significantly higher vibration-resistant design of the evaporator due to the increase in mass, but also by the damping Effect of mat 27 intercepted. Just by decoupling the evaporator 24 from the heat insulation foam 15 through the film-like mat 27 , a transmission of the operational excitation frequencies acting on the evaporator 24 is caused by the resulting turbulence of the injected refrigerant at least so far that the sound emission of the device 10 is reduced is.
