Die Erfindung hat sich mit der o.g. Problematik befaßt. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht in der Öffnung eines bzw. mehrerer Anwendungsbereiche in denen gegenüber der bisherigen Praxis eine Beschichtungsmasse, Kleber/Dichtstoff auf wasserabweisende Oberflächen gebracht wird, mit der es möglich wird wasserbasierende Kleber Beschichtungsmassen und Dichtstoffe in Bereichen einzusetzen, bei denen die unterschiedlichsten Untergrundmaterialien sich ansonsten nicht miteinander kombinieren lassen. Die eingesetzte Beschichtung läßt sich auf verschiedene Oberflächen aufbringen wie z. B. Mineralwolle Glasfasern, Steinwolle Gipskartonplatten Mauerwerk usw. und ermöglicht, eine so vorbeschichtete Oberfläche durch Aufbringen eines Klebers auf z.B. Wasserbasis die Fügung von Mineralwolle, Glasfaserwolle, Steinwolle, Silikatfaserwolle u.a. auf Außenfassaden und Anwendungen im Innenausbau bei der ohne diese Vorbeschichtung aufgrund der geringen Oberflächenbenetzbarkeit diese unbehandelte Mineralwolle, Glaswolle, Silikatfaser oder Steinwolle o.ä. nicht haften würden.
