Description
Wenn eine mechanische Bewegung von einem Punkt zu einem anderen übertragen werden soll oder muß, geschieht dies oft durch ein Gestänge oder Seilzüge. Der Wirkungsgrad dieser mechanischen Kraftübertragung ist gering. Wenn das Einsatzgebiet in nassen oder staubigen Räumen oder sogar im Freien liegt, ergeben sich Betriebsschwierigkeiten wegen zu großer Reibungsverluste. Die hydraulische Kraftübertragung erfolgt fast ohne Reibungsverluste. Das "universell einsetzbare Hydrauliksystem" ersetzt also alle Gestänge und Seilzüge zur Kraftübertragung. Es besteht aus einem Geberzylinder 1, einem oder mehreren Nehmerzylindern 2, einer oder mehreren Druckleitungen 5. Bei mehreren Nehmerzylindern gehört zu dem System noch ein Verteilerzylinder 3 und an jedem Nehmerzylinderanschluß ein Absperrventil 4. Es ist ein mit Öl oder einer anderen unzusammendrückbaren Flüssigkeit gefülltes System. Die mechanische Zug- oder Druckbewegung wird von einem Punkt über den Geberzylinder, die Druckleitung, einem oder mehreren Nehmerzylindern zu einem oder mehreren entfernten Punkten übertragen. Die Bewegung der Mechanik zu und von den Kolben 6 der Zylinder erfolgt über Zugstange 8, Druckstange 9 und/oder Zugseil 10. An und in den Zylindern befinden sich Kolben 6, Ölraum 7 und Anschluß 11 für Ölleitung, Entlüfterventil oder Verschlußstopfen.
