Dies wird gemäß der Neuerung dadurch erreicht, daß er einen Behälter, vorzugsweise in Form eines Fläschchens, zur Aufnahme einer Flüssigkeit, die leicht entzündlich ist, z.B. Spiritus, besitzt, an den ein Röhrchen anschließt, das einen saugfähigen Docht enthält, der sich in das Behälterinnere fortsetzt. Vorzugsweise ist der Behälter aus elastisch deformiertem Material hergestellt und das Röhrchen am äußeren Ende nach Art einer Düse verengt.
