Abstract

In Fig. 1 wird die Haltevorrichtung 1 im Querschnitt dargestellt. Dabei weist der Haltegriff der Haltevorrichtung im Querschnitt in etwa rechteckige Form auf und wird durch eine außenliegende, leicht nach innen gebogene Haltestrebe 10 und eine am Getränkekarton aufliegende Anlagefläche 11 gebildet. In dichtem Abstand von der Anlagefläche 11 ist eine Verstärkungswand 15 vorgesehen. Diese Verstärkungswand 15 beginnt von der oberen Querseite des Haltegriffs und ist etwa bis zur Mitte der Längsseite des Haltegriffs massiv ausgebildet. Im unteren Teil weist die Verstärkungswand 15 aus Gründen der Materialeinsparung eine in etwa rechteckige Ausnehmung 12 auf. Die Verstärkungswand 15 dient vor allem im oberen Bereich des Haltegriffs zu einer Verstärkung und damit zu einem sicheren Einsatz der Haltevorrichtung 1. In diesem oberen Bereich, der in etwa die Hälfte der am Getränkekarton anliegenden Längsseite des Haltegriffs ausmacht, wird durch die Anlagefläche 11 und die Verstärkungswand 15, wie man aus Fig. 1 sieht, ein quasi doppelwandiger Bereich gebildet. An die Anlagefläche 11 schließen sich als Verlängerung der oberen Querseite des Haltegriffs im rechten Winkel Zinken nach Art einer Gabel an und zwar ein mittlerer Zinken 13 und zwei äußere Zinken 14 (vergleiche auch Fig. 4).In Fig. 1, the holding device 1 is shown in cross section. Dabei wird der untere Teil des A durch die bereits beschriebene wannenartige Vertiefung 16 gebildet und der obere Teil des A durch eine trapezförmige Ausnehmung 18 im oberen Bereich der Anlagefläche 11. Aus Gründen der Stabilität kann der obere Bereich der in etwa A-förmigen Anlagefläche A mittels Stabilisierungsstreben 11a mit der oberen Querseite des Haltegriffs, an die sich als Verlängerung auch die bereits beschriebenen Zinken anschließen, verbunden sein. Die Stabilisierungsstreben 11a können herausbrechbar gestaltet sein. Eine zusätzliche Stabilität im oberen besagten doppelwandigen Bereich der Anlagefläche 11 wird durch eine Stabilisierungswand 17 gebildet, welche als Verlängerung des linken Beins der A- förmigen Anlagefläche 11 die Verstärkungswand 15 mit der Anlagefläche 11 soweit verbindet, bis der obere Teil der A-förmigen Anlagefläche 11 schräg nach innen verläuft (vergleiche Fig. 1 und 3). Im unteren Bereich des Haltegriffs der Haltevorrichtung 1, nachdem die Anlagefläche 11 in die Verstärkungswand 15 übergeht, ist, wie aus Fig. 1 und 3 ersichtlich, eine in etwa rechteckige Ausnehmung 12 vorgesehen. Desweiteren wird auch hier, wie auch in Fig. 1, die nach innen weisende Durchbiegung der Haltestrebe 10 deutlich, welche das sichere Greifen der Haltevorrichtung 1 erleichtert, da die bogenförmigen Enden der Haltestrebe 10 sich so besser gegen eine greifende Faust abstützen können. Die beiden äußeren Zinken 14 sind flach und im Vergleich zum mittleren Zinken 13 vergleichsweise breit gehalten. Der Grund liegt darin, daß beim Gebrauch der Haltevorrichtung 1 der mittlere Zinken 13 zum Durchstechen der Wand eines Getränkekartons dient, während die beiden äußeren Zinken 14 oben in der Art eines oberen Widerlagers auf dem Getränkekarton aufliegen sollen.In FIG. 4, particularly the forked shape of the tines 13 and 14 becomes clear. Zur Verdeutlichung der Wirkungsweise ist dabei die Haltevorrichtung 1 gemäß des Schnittverlaufes V in Fig. 6 im Schnitt dargestellt. Fig. 6 zeigt die an dem Getränkekarton 2 angebrachte Haltevorrichtung 1 von oben. So muß zum Anbringen der Haltevorrichtung 1 zunächst einmal eine der an den Querseiten des Getränkekartons 2 befindlichen Laschen 20 nach oben um ca. 270° auf die obere Fläche des Getränkekartons umgeklappt werden. Danach wird der mittlere Zinken 13 von Hand ganz leicht nach unten gebogen und mit seiner Spitze in den Getränkekarton 2 gesteckt, wobei die äußeren Zinken 14 zum Teil auf der Lasche 20 des Getränkekartons aufliegen und diese niederdrücken und mit dem Großteil ihrer Fläche auf dem Getränkekarton aufliegen. Die Haltevorrichtung 1 wird soweit in den Getränkekarton gesteckt, bis die A-förmige Anlagefläche 11 vollkommen an einer für die Anbringung der Haltevorrichtung ausgewählten schmalen Seitenwand des Getränkekartons anliegt. Damit die Haltevorrichtung einwandfrei funktioniert und beim Gebrauch nicht aus dem Getränkekarton herausrutschen kann, weist der mittlere Zinken 13 im Bereich der Anlagefläche 11 einen hinteren Widerhaken 13b auf. Wenn die Haltevorrichtung 1 vollkommen in den Getränkekarton eingesteckt ist, so rastet die Wand 21 der Milchtüte, wie aus Fig. 5 ersichtlich, hinter diesen hinteren Widerhaken 13b ein, so daß ein unbeabsichtigtes Herausrutschen des mittleren Zinkens 13 aus dem Getränkekarton nicht mehr möglich ist. Dabei wird der mittlere Zinken soweit eingeführt, bis die A-förmige Anlagefläche 11 des Griffes an der Getränkekartonwand anliegt. Wie man an Fig. 7 und 8 erkennt, ist die hänge des mittleren Zinkens 13 dabei so gewählt, daß bei anliegender Anlagefläche 11 des Haltegriffes der vordere Widerhaken 13a des mittleren Zinkens sich am Getränkekarton 2′ im Bereich der Spitze der Dreiecksfläche 25 festhakt und somit ein unbeabsichtigtes Herausgleiten der Haltevorrichtung 1 auch bei diesem Typ von Getränkekartons nicht möglich ist. Durch die Klemmwirkung der Zinken wird darüber hinaus eine Verbindung zwischen der Haltevorrichtung und dem Getränkekarton unterstützt.When attaching the holding device, the middle prong 13 is introduced into the free space opposite the pouring spout 23 . Claims

1. Holding device for beverage cartons consisting of a molded part made of plastic with an approximately rectangular handle in cross-section, on the front of which a flat contact surface ( 11 ) is formed, of which three prongs ( 13 , 14 ) at right angles as an extension of the upper transverse side of the handle ), namely a central prong ( 13 ) and two outer prongs ( 14 ), characterized in that the central prong ( 13 ) has a front barb ( 13 a) at its tip and a rear barb () in the area of the contact surface ( 11 ) 13 b), the distance between the rear barb ( 13 b) and the plane of the contact surface ( 11 ) corresponding approximately to the wall thickness of a beverage carton.
