Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a wet electrostatic precipitator for gas cleaning supply with a tubular low made of plastic impact electrodes, in which wire or rod-shaped spray electrodes are electrically insulated and which a water spray device is assigned, the die Precipitation electrodes forming a circular cross section the tubes lying close together as a bundle are captured and the space between their head ends is closed is.
When wet electrostatic precipitator be in the preamble of claim 1 The type of dust particles in the gas are drawn or droplets negatively charged electrically, by means of a electric field to the precipitation electrodes trans ported, deposited there and with the help of a spray washed direction. Between the grounded tubular Precipitation electrodes and the spray inside A very high DC voltage is applied to electrodes for this purpose sets by which electrons are sprayed and dust as well Liquid particles are negatively charged. A lot number of tubes forming the precipitation electrodes arranged parallel to each other and form tube bundles that are arranged vertically in a frame of the filter system. Both for the formation of the pipes and for their collars Different designs are known. In the DE-AS 10 07 297 describes a wet electrostatic precipitator in which the close-fitting tubes at their top head end are connected to each other by molded parts, the pitch circle have shaped grooves into which the head end of two or three tubes engages. The edge of everyone Tube of four to six such complex molded parts summarized, which also the space between the tubes scots. The lower tube ends are over spacers and gas outlet pipes attached to a sump. A sol che fastening of the pipes at their upper and lower ends requires numerous different in a complex manner trained components and a cumbersome and time consuming de assembly. In the known from DE-GM 69 46 829 Ausfü tion are the circular cutouts of a tub bottom projecting tubes welded to the tub floor. On the top of the tubes is an annular head put on that for precise height adjustment over three ra dial and Ge arranged on the circumference of the head piece winch bolt is supported on the tub floor. Are common also in cross-section hexagonal tubes on their outside surfaces are glued together and a honeycomb Form a tube bundle. This execution requires all a complex assembly of the pipes. You can also the gases destroying what is in the adhesive joint Soak in the adhesive. These difficulties also exist in the embodiment known from DE 41 41 934 C1 with a honeycomb-shaped assembly on wall components made of three plate parts consist of a common Longitudinal axis are connected and radially offset by 120 ° run outside. To form hexagonal cross-section The plate parts are against pipes along their outer longitudinal edges joined together. For this is at every length edge arranged at least one pipe section, this are offset so that in the pipe sections of the ver binding longitudinal edges, a connecting rod can be inserted is. In this version, there are six angular tubes on the joints between the longitudinal edges of the Panel parts not tightly sealed and the joints columns worsen the filtering process. The connection of the pipe sections on the longitudinal edges is are complex and to form a honeycomb tube three wall components connected together.
In contrast, the invention is based, ei NEN wet electrostatic precipitator with the in the preamble of claim 1 Specify specified features such that the close to opposite one another, forming the precipitation electrodes Pipes with each other in a particularly simple and quick way can be connected.
This task is in the generic wet electrostatic precipitator by the in the characterizing part of the claim 1 specified features solved. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the sub claims specified.
The bundled tubes, which are circular in cross-section, are most appropriately un indirectly to each other, the connecting members in the im Cross-section gusseted spaces are.
As a result, the sum of the clear tube Cross-sections in relation to the bundle cross-sectional area we considerably increased. With just one connecting rod Union of three pipes connected together. Another before part is that the noses in any number the length of the pipes can be distributed so that a best possible stiffening of the tube bundle over its Ge full length is obtained. In addition, the tubes have a smooth inner surface, which ensures good drainage of the the particles or droplets to be separated from the gas enable offset spray water and also not weak have in the form of joints, slits or the like. The ge Perforated noses can easily be attached to the pipe molded or welded or there is a possibility speed, the three lugs of a cross-sectional plane on one to fix the tube sliding ring.

The pipe 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 consists of a plastic which is resistant to the gas to be cleaned. It has a circular cross section with a diameter of, for example, 25 cm. On the outer circumference there are three lugs 2 in several cross-sectional planes, which are provided with a hole 3 running parallel to the pipe axis. The assigned to each cross-sectional plane three lugs 2 are offset by 120 ° on the circumference. With a tube length of, for example, 5 m, the nasal triangles can be spaced z. B. 1 m distributed over the pipe length, the position of the lugs 2 be adjacent pipes 1 are offset in the pipe longitudinal axis, as described in more detail below. The lugs 2 can either be molded directly onto the tube or welded to it. Alternatively, the three lugs 2 of a cross-sectional plane can also be fastened to a ring 4 that can be pushed onto the tube 1 . In a preferred embodiment, they are molded onto a ring 4 that can be pushed onto the tube. The ring-shaped formation of the nose triangle allows a simple positioning by displacement for the necessary distribution and displacement to the noses 2 or rings 4 of adjacent tubes 1 . The head end of the tubes 1 , as shown in FIGS . 1 and 2, is provided with a radially outwardly facing collar 6 , which forms a uniform hexagon in plan view on the outer edge 7 . The head ends can consist of a pre-pressed molded part with a pipe socket fitting on the pipe end, which is welded flush with the pipe end.
A plurality of the tube 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is combined into a bundle 9 . FIGS. 4 to 6 show a portion of such a tube bundle. The tubes 1 lie gene, as shown in particular in Fig. 6, parallel to each other in parallel, the lugs 2 each protruding into the interstices 8 formed between adjacent tubes 1 , in cross-section gaps 8 such that their perforations 3 in a space 8 in one lie parallel to the pipe longitudinal axis. The attachment of the tubes 1 to each other serve connecting rods 5 , which are inserted through the holes 3 in the egg ner line 3 of the nose 2 who the. Fig. 6 shows that in the central region of the bundle 9, a connecting rod 5 always leads through the lugs 2 of three adjacent tubes 1 , the lugs 2 of which are offset from one another in the longitudinal axis, as indicated in FIG. 4. The push-fit rings 4 can be attached with a press fit, by welding or by gluing to the tube 1 or to the connecting rods 5 . The United connection through the lugs 2 and the connecting rod 5 fi xed the tubes 1 in the direction transverse to their longitudinal axis. The connecting rod 5 is secured against slipping downwards either by a head resting on the upper nose 2 or fixed to this nose 2 .
In the bundled position, the hexagonal frets 6 lie at the head of the tubes 1 in one plane and with their edges 7 close together. They are welded to each other along these edges 7 and thus seal off the spaces 8 upwards, so that a type of head plate is present to which the pipes 1 connect. The usual earthing conductors can also be attached to the collars 6 . To form an upper support edge, as indicated in FIG. 5, a frame 10 can be provided, which is welded to the edges 7 of the outer frets 6 of the bundle 9 . As an alternative to this, as shown in FIG. 4, a frame 10 can also be attached under the frets 6 , on which the frets 6 rest. Likewise, on the circumference of the tube bundle 9, a plate-shaped casing 11 can be fastened to the free outwardly facing lugs 2 by z. B. with corresponding eyes and plug connections together, as shown in FIG. 7.
The connecting elements for tube bundling can also be converted from. Thus the possibility exists that Verbin extension rod 5 with radial protrusions and the lugs 2 with a correspondingly profiled perforation 3 to be provided, so that the connecting rod 5 is-through with the projections by the profile and, by rotating the Verbin extension rod 5, the Versprünge above or below form the lugs 2 bars that block vertical movement of the tubes 1 .
