Abstract

Die beiden an der Unterseite vorgesehenen Gleiter 10 und 11 dienen zum leichteren Verschieben der Fußbank auf der Aufstellfläche. Der Gleiter 10 kann bei eckiger Vorder kante auch dazu verwendet werden, um eine Bremswirkung beim Aufstellen - wie dies aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich ist - zu bewirken. Durch den Bogenabschnitt 3 wird dabei die sehr leichte Fußbank hinten angehoben, was durch den eingezeichneten Pfeil verdeutlicht ist, so daß die Auflagefläche 7 bis zum Bogenab schnitt 17 das Wadenbein 19 untergreifen kann. Zum Zwecke des erleichterten Aufkippens ist ein Gleiter 10 vor dem Bogenab schnitt 3 vorgesehen, der mit seiner Vorderkante eine Brems kante bildet. Der Gleiter 10 ist hier überdimensional darge stellt. Eine flachere Ausführung ermöglicht dies ebenfalls. Ein solcher Gleiter 10 ist aber nicht zwingend notwendig, vielmehr ist auch ein Aufkippen unmittelbar möglich. Dies hängt jeweils von der Länge des Bogenabschnittes und dem Krümmungsradius, sowie dem Gewicht des hinteren Teils der Fußbank ab und damit an der Schwerpunktverschiebung. In Fig. 4 ist die dritte Nut zungsart als Fußbank dargestellt. Wird nämlich die Fußbank auf die Vorderseite 4 aufgestellt, so kann die hintere Auflageflä che 18 als Fuß- oder Beinauflagefläche genutzt werden. Durch die im wesentlichen rechteckige Form der Seitenteile ist die Fußbank nun wesentlich erhöht, gegenüber der normalen Aufstell position, wie sie in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist, so daß in dieser dritten Funktion eine noch bessere Blutzirkulation durch die Beine gegeben ist. Das Stützelement 21 kann in die dargestellte Aus stellposition verbracht werden, in welcher die Druckseite gegen einen Anschlag 22 drückt und so zusammen mit der Längsseite 2 ein Kräftedreieck bildet.
