Die Miederlangbeinhose ist ganz oder teilweise mit wärmenden Materialien, wie reiner Angorawolle, Angoramischungen, Rheumathermwolle, Wollgeweben, Dralon und anderen Wärmegeweben unt#rfüttert. Die Miederlangbeinhose kann auch mit bisher nicht bekannten Natur- oder Kunstfasern, sowie Zusammensetzungen der obigen Gewebe unterfüttert werden. Die Unterfütterung paßt sich jeweils der Schnittform der Miederlangbeinhose an. Die Verbindung mit dem Original-Miederlangbeinhosenteil aus elastischem Material und der wärmenden Unterfütterung, wird durch Aufnäher mittels Zicfezack-Endel oder Dreistichnaht bewirkt. Die Unterfütterung kann wahlweise -vollkommen mit dem elastischen Material oder teilweise vorgenommen werden. In jedem Falle bleibt die formgebende Wirkung der Miederlangbeinhose und der modische Chic erhalten. Zusätzlich erhöht sich durch die Unterfütterung mit wärmenden Materialien die heilende Wärmewirkung, da die Fütteriig direkt auf der Haut aufliegt und nicht, wie bei wärmender Unterwäsche, über den jeweiligen Miederwaren getragen wird. Auch die Hautverträglichkeit wird durch die Wärmefütterung wesentlich absorbiert. Grundsätzlich kann jedes elastische Korselett mit den angegebenen Wärmegeweben unterfüttert werden.
