- - Ausschneiden von Blechen für Obergurt, Untergurt und Steg sowie von Auflageblechen oder dickeren Blechen für die Endbereiche der Trägerelemente,
- - Zusammenschweißen der Bleche, um eine Ausgangsform für das Trägerelement zu erhalten,
- - spannungsarm glühen,
- - sandstrahlen und
- - Fertigbearbeitung auf einer Portalfräsmaschine.
Claims (28)
mit einem Trägerkörper (8), der wenigstens an einer Stelle (7) zur Verbindung mit wenigstens einem anderen Trägerkörper (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) mittels Verbindungslaschen (14) eingerichtet ist,
wobei der Trägerkörper (8) wenigstens an der mit einem anderen Trägerelement (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) zu verbinden den Stelle (7) Flächenbereiche (26 bis 33) aufweist, die als Anlageflächen für die Verbindungslaschen (14) dienen, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anlageflächen (26 bis 33) an Bereichen (16 bis 23) ausgebildet sind, bei denen die Materialdicke des Trägerkörpers (8) gegenüber dem übrigen Trägerkörper (8) vergrößert ist.
mit einem Trägerkörper (8) , der wenigstens an einer Stelle (7) zur Verbindung mit wenigstens einem anderen Trägerkörper (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) eingerichtet ist,
wobei der Trägerkörper (8) wenigstens an der mit einem anderen Trägerelement (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) zu verbinden den Stelle (7) Außenflächen (26 bis 33) aufweist, die als Anlageflächen dienen, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in den Anlageflächen Befestigungsöffnungen ausgebildet sind und
daß die Befestigungsöffnungen mit einer Toleranz vorgefertigt sind, die einen Zusammenbau ohne Nacharbeit gestattet.
mit Trägerelementen (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, wobei bei den Träger elementen (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) die Abstände (A, B, C, D) der zueinander parallelen Anlageflächen (26 bis 33) überein stimmend festgelegt sind, und
mit Verbindungselementen (14), die jeweils eine zu einer Anlagefläche (26 bis 33) komplementäre Anlagefläche aufweisen.
bei dem Trägerelemente vorgefertigt werden, indem ein Trägerkörper an einer zur Verbindung mit weiteren Trägerelementen vorgesehenen Stelle mit wenigstens einem Bereich größerer Materialstärke versehen wird, der nach folgend spanend bearbeitet wird, um Anlageflächen aus zu bilden, deren Abstand voneinander innerhalb einer engen Toleranz liegt, und
bei dem an vorgegebenen Stellen Befestigungsöff nungen maßhaltig vorgefertigt werden.
