Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet eine Gewehrstütze, welche aus zwei aus elastischem Material hergestellten Schenkeln besteht, die an dem Gewehrschaft klappbar angeordnet sind und an letzterem nach dem Gebrauch wieder festgelegt werden können. Diese Stütze stellt sich nach dem Lösen von dem Gewehrschaft infolge der federnden Schenkel sofort in die Gebrauchslage ein und ermöglicht ίο infolge ihrer Elastizität und ihrer elastischen Befestigung am Gewehr, daß dieses auch in horizontaler Ebene bewegt werden kann, ohne die umklappbare Stütze durch ein besonderes, diese Bewegung gestattendes Scharnier mit dem Gewehrschaft verbinden zu müssen.
