Die Erfindung ist auf einen zusammenklappbaren Sicherheitsrasierhobel mit angelenkten Griffschenkeln gerichtet. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß diese Schenkel im aufgeklappten Zustande sich federnd gegeneinander stützen und jenseits ihrer Gelenkachsen mit umgebogenen Ansätzen versehen sind, welche im Verein mit den bekannten Vorsprüngen an der Tragplatte die Klinge des Sicherheitsrasierhobels in der Arbeitsstellung festhalten, während beim Zusammenklappen dieser Schenkel die Klinge von den umgebogenen Ansätzen freigegeben wird.
