Die Erfindung betriffet eine Scheinwerferwascheinrichtung für Fahrzeuge.The invention relates to a headlamp washer for vehicles.

Scheinwerferwascheinrichtungen für Fahrzeuge sind heutzutage zumeist als Hochdruckreinigungseinrichtung ausgeführt, d. h. aus einem Vorratsbehälter wird mittels einer Pumpe Waschflüssigkeit gefördert und unter vergleichsweise hohem Druck (ca. 6 bar) in eine Leitung eingespeist, die dann die Waschflüssigkeit zu den im Bereich der Scheinwerfer angeordneten Spritzdüsen führt. Aufgrund des hohen Betriebsdruckes müssen Leitungen und Leitungsverbinder vergleichsweise stabil ausgeführt sein, was die Montage der Leitungen erschwert. Wie aus dem schematischen Schaubild nach Fig. 1 zu entnehmen ist, besteht die Scheinwerferwascheinrichtung 1 aus einem Vorratsbehälter 2, einer Fördereinrichtung 3, einem ersten Leitungsabschnitt 4, einem zweiten Leitungsabschnitt 5 sowie einem dritten Leitungsabschnitt 6. Eine erste Konsole 7 trägt neben einem in Fig. 2 dargestellten Scheinwerfer 8 den zweiten Leitungsabschnitt 5 sowie eine erste Düse 9, die über eine Stichleitung 18 mit dem zweiten Leitungsabschnitt 5 verbunden ist. An einer zweiten Konsole 10 ist ein in Fig. 2 dargestellter zweiter Scheinwerfer 11, der dritte Leitungsabschnitt 3 sowie eine zweite Düse 12 gehalten. Zwischen dem ersten Leitungsabschnitt 4 und dem zweiten Leitungsabschnitt 5 ist eine Verbindungseinrichtung 13 und zwischen dem zweiten Leitungsabschnitt 5 und dem dritten Leitungsabschnitt 6 eine zweite Verbindungseinrichtung 14 angeordnet. Nur angedeutet ist das den dritten Leitungsabschnitt 6 abdeckende Bugteil 17 sowie ein Teil einer Rohbaustruktur 19 des Fahrzeuges 15n an dem der dritte Leitungsabschnitt 6 gehalten ist. Claims

1. Headlight washing device for vehicles, characterized by the combination of the following features:

1. a bracket ( 7 ) designed to accommodate a headlight ( 8 ) is attached to a body of the vehicle ( 15 ),
2. a first line section ( 4 ) of a line leading a washing liquid to the headlight washing device guides the washing liquid from a storage container ( 2 ) and
3. a second line section ( 5 ) is held on the console ( 7 ) and can be connected to the first line section ( 4 ).
