Abstract

A rolling member bearing with a rotational speed transducer comprising a pulse generating device 4 which rotates with the rolling member 1 and a sensor 5 which opposes the pulse generator and is separated by an air gap. The sensor head 6 is fixed to an attatchment 9 by a member with an elastically deformable region 10. Opposing mating surfaces 7, on the sensor head and 8 on a stationary part of the bearing are used to link the sensor and pulse generator whilst maintaining a substantially constant air gap between the two.

Diese Justierung und Positionierung erfolgt mit Meßfühlerlehren, Paß- oder Unterlegscheiben und/oder erfordert eine hochgenaue Bearbeitung aller Teile, Flächen und Bohrungen, die für die Geometrie der Sensoranlageflächen nötig sind.
