Bei der hier beschriebenen Vorrichtung wird der Magnet ersatzlos eingespart. Diese sind frei von Selbstinduktion und erlauben bei hohen wirksam werdenden Momenten viel geringere Anzugszeiten (Piezo-Elemente allgemeine Anzugszeit 1 ns) als bei Verwendung von Magneten. Die Schlingfeder wird gegebenenfalls weiterhin evakuiert, so dass bei der Betätigung zwischen Federelementen und Stahlwelle in ihrem Inneren keine Luft verdrängt werden muss. Die Stahlwelle kann in einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ebenfalls eine Beschichtung mit Piezo-Elementen aufweisen, welche nach außen über mindestens teilweise ultraharte Materialien abgedeckt werden, so dass die Feder ganz eingespart wird, insbesondere wenn auch die an- und abzukoppelnde Hohlwelle innen entsprechende Schichten aufweist. Thermisch bedingte Änderungen des Durchmessers einer Hohlwelle werden erfindungsgemäß ebenfalls über Piezo- Elemente kompensiert, welche eine der Thermospannung entgegengesetzte gleichgroße Materialspannung entgegensetzen und die in die Hohlwelle in der beschriebenen Weise oder mit üblichen Konstruktionsmethode eingebaut sind. Die Grenzfrequenz von Federbandkupplungen wird auf die beschriebene Weise schätzungsweise um den Faktor 10-100 erhöht, die Haltekraft wird gegenüber der magnetgeschalteten Kupplung zusätzlich erhöht, da die Piezo-Elemente abhängig von ihrer Ansteuerung eine zusätzliche Haltekraft an der Feder hervorrufen, oder eine zusätzliche Loslösungskraft beim Lösen einer Welle- Hohlwelle (Nabe)-Verbindung hervorrufen können.In the device described here, the magnet is saved without replacement.
