Abstract
Description
The invention relates to folding containers made of plastic for the transport of Ge objects, such as fruit, vegetables, the side walls which can be folded inwards has, so that the container from a receiving position in which the side walls de standing vertically with respect to the floor, in a folded position can be carried out in which the container is stowed without taking up much space that can.
Such folding containers are already in different embodiments known. Hinges are mainly used as joints, the mainly the weak point of such a folding container len because they can be damaged under load and frequent use. The like containers that represent bulk goods are not carefully used treated, rather it is mostly opened very quickly and with force, what in the event that the joint diary is not extraordinarily robust forms, can lead to immediate damage. Are the coulters However, kidneys are again robust, so take the hinge a lot of unnecessary space and also increases the total weight of the Folding container, which in turn is disadvantageous for handling.
The object of the invention is to provide a folding container that is simple can be assembled and disassembled, extremely stable and robust is built and in which the hinge no longer the weak point of the Form the folding container. In addition, the container should be easy to handle nen.
This object is achieved by the in the characterizing part of Features contained claim 1 solved, expedient further developments the invention by the features contained in the dependent claims ge are marked.
According to the invention, the hinge as an eyelet and pin with Container parts formed in one piece and each hinge has at least one Hinge pin and at least one hinge eye, the hinge eye in two Parts or two halves is divided, one of which is a fixed hinge part bil det and the other on the fixed hinge part after removal from the injection molding form can be opened and locked securely. In one embodiment of the invention is the mounting hinge in one piece with the fixed hinge part via a film hinge-like joint connected. By dividing the hinge eyelet into two For example, the bottom of the container integrally with the hinge mechanism form. In the injection molding position, the fixed hinge part and the Mounting hinge part opened next to each other and are film-like Joint connected. After lifting out of the injection mold, the Monta hinge part folded over the film hinge onto the fixed hinge part and be locked with this, the hinge pin, which is preferably in one piece is formed on a foldable side wall part, between the two coulters halves of the kidney. The fixed hinge part is in an edge profile of the bottom, whereas the mounting hinge part in one on this Sidebar profile hinged profile bar or vice versa is integrated. In the unfolded position of the profile bar on the edge profile supports the profile bar on footprints on the edge profile, where the load transfer from the side walls over these contact areas follows. As a result of these contact patches, the hinge mechanism increases essentially not part of the load transfer, so that through the profile bar separate segments for power transmission and pivoting movement are formed. This significantly relieves the strain on the joint hinges. Another advantage of the invention is that when the Side walls are pushed outwards, a ver voltage occurs and the movement of the side walls to the outside is blocked. Even in this case, the joint hinges are not loaded and result a stable unfolded position of the container. Appropriately, each Sidewall a variety of closely spaced hinge in flight used so that the hinges are arranged in the manner of a ring binder are. If a hinge fails due to breakage or other damage, the function is taken over by the other hinges.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the side walls are together locked by locking mechanisms, he locking by locking lugs follows that on the side edges of two opposite side walls are arranged. In the locking position, the locking lugs reach behind corresponding ones Latching hooks in the side walls arranged in a corner. Do you want that Transfer the folding container from its upright position to the folding position ren, you just have to squeeze the V or U-shaped latches, so that the locking lugs can be guided past the locking hooks, and there can be folded in through the side wall. However, it does come in open position to a pressure on the side walls, then it comes not to inadvertently fold inwards or collapse the ent speaking side wall, because of the V or U-shaped locking lugs a Ver tension of the unfolded side walls against each other occurs, which is a too prevents the side walls from collapsing.
Darin zeigen:Preferred exemplary embodiments of the invention are described below with reference to FIG Described drawings. In it show:

1-4 in external view and partially in section is made in one piece and comprises a bottom 1 with a rectangular or square plan and four side walls, namely two opposite narrow side walls 2 and two mutually lying longitudinal side walls 3 , on which Grifföff openings 4 formed by recesses are available. The four side walls 2 , 3 can be folded inwards, namely along the articulated hinges 5, which are described in more detail below. The folded position of the four side walls results from FIG. 5.
As can best be seen from FIGS. 1, 3 and 4, raised edge strips 6 and 7 are formed on the bottom 1 , to which the side walls are articulated at 8. These raised edge strips are adjusted in height so that folding the corresponding side wall, which is articulated thereon, via another side wall of the container is possible. For example, the edge strip 6 according to FIG. 4, that is to say the edge strip assigned to the longitudinal side wall 3 , is designed to be higher than the edge strip 7 lying on the narrow side, so that the narrow side wall 2 is first folded inwards on the floor 1 with reference to FIG. 4 and then the higher articulated longitudinal side wall 3 can be folded over the already folded side wall 2 . This is also quite apparent from Fig. 5, where the long sides walls are folded 3 about the previously ge inwardly folded short side walls 2. This is achieved through the different height of the skirting board, which is adapted to the respective folding positions.
The design of the hinges 5 is best explained with reference to FIGS. 6-12. Fig. 12 shows that at the lower edge of the side walls, here example of the narrow side wall 2 , a plurality of hinge pins 8 are arranged at regular intervals over the length of the lower edge of the side wall 2 , that is, are formed on the side wall 2 . In Fig. 12, however, only one of the hinge pins 8 can be seen in detail due to the cut, which is formed on two flanges 9 and the side wall 2 .
As best shown in FIG. 12 at the top left, each hinge pin 8 is received in a hinge eye 10 encircling the hinge pin 8 . The Ge articulated eyelet 10 is divided into two, the division level being designated 11. If in Fig. 12 the hinge pin 8 in this sectional view is completely encompassed by the eyelet 10 at the top, this is only due to the course of the cut plane, but for example from FIGS . 4 and 14 it is quite clear that the hinge pin 8 is fully taken in a circular recess of the hinge eyelet 10 , so that a perfect position - and thus hinge function is sufficient.
FIGS. 6 and 7 show the folding container as it is removed from the injection mold, wherein FIG. 6 includes a sectional view showing the latching mechanism 12 and FIG. 7 is a sectional view showing the hinge 10th In detail, a profile strip of the hinge is at the edge strip 6, which is designed here as a downwardly open profile, and is hereinafter referred to as edge strip profile is hinged 13 via a thin film-like connecting part 14, wherein in the section bar 13, the Monta gescharnierteil 10 b 10 and the part of the locking mechanism 11 is also formed. To form the joint, only the profile bar 13 , as can be seen from FIGS. 8 and 9, is folded around the flexible connecting part 14 onto the edge profile 6 , so that the latching hook 12 snaps behind a latch 15 which is formed in the edge profile 6 . In the same way the mounting hinge portion 10 comes b on the formed in the edge strip profile 6 kom-complementary half of the loop, so that the Ösenausbildung in the profile strip 13 with the fixed hinge part 10 a supplemented in the edge strip profile 6 to the knuckle 10th
The division plane 11 of the two-part eyelet 10 is again shown in FIG. 9. FIGS. 10 and 11 show the operative position, ie where the detent (s) the latching hook 15 engaging behind and the two Ösenausbildungen 10 a, 10 b located to Ge lenköse complement 10. It is apparent from FIGS. 10, 11 and 12 very clearly show that in the functional position of the articulated hinge, ie where the profile strip is folded onto the edge strip profile 6 13, the two Ösenausbildungen 10 a, 10 b on one another with their face on the plane of division 11 so as for the whole designated 16 footprint left and right of the eyelets education 10 b Fig. 7 including the projecting leg 17 of the profile strip 13, so that there is shown in FIG. 12 is a very good contact area across the width of the edge strip profile 6 and that along the division plane 11 . If one according to FIG. 12, the longitudinal side wall 3 counterclockwise about the hinge pin 8 to press the outside, the lower side wall panel 18 presses against the profile strip 13, so that it is braced against the edge strip profile 6. The hinge is not loaded. As a result of the superimposed standing surfaces 16 on the division plane 11 there is tension and thus an intensification of the hinge engagement, in particular the legs 17 of the profile strip 13 and the edge profile 6 press against each other, so that pivoting of the side walls 2 , 3rd outwards by the formation of the edge profile 6 and the profile 13 is effectively blocked. That is, the folding container is very effectively secured in the hochgeklapp th position of the side walls against an after pivoting the side walls 2 , 3 , so that a very stable, opened position of the side walls is achieved. That is, for the unfolded side walls 2 , 3 which is in the locking engagement with the edge profile 6 profile strip 13 forms a flap which prevents the side walls from swinging out further from the upright position. In this position, a very good load transfer in the stack is possible, while largely relieving the hinge mechanism. This protects the hinge mechanism accordingly. This design ensures a division into components for the load transfer ring and for the pivoting movement, so that both the eyes and the pivot pins are largely relieved and can only be used for the pivoting movement. As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 3 and 13, a plurality of the hinges arranged hen each side wall are vorgese hen, so that there is a ring-type hinge formation. This has the advantage that in the event of a hinge formation or a hinge pin breaking, the hinge function can be taken over by the other hinges. Of course, the hinge designs as described here are only of exemplary importance, so that longer hinge pins can also be used which span or reach through several hinge eyes. The hinge pins or pins 8 can also have a cross section other than the circular cross section shown, for example a three-legged cross section, which is advantageous in terms of production technology. It is expedient if the hinge bolts are connected at both ends to the side walls via flanges 9 , since this is advantageous for the stability of the hinge bolts.
Fig. 16 finally shows the stacking of folded container ter, with a lateral stacking engagement with the lower edges 18 of the side walls is ensured via foot training 19 on the bottom 1 , so that a certain fixation of the stacked, folded folding container he is enough.
FIGS. 17 and 18 show the locking of the unfolded side walls 2, 3, where, therefore, provided in this example on the side wall 2 on the left and right of the region of the side walls 3, V- or U-shaped locking lugs 19, the speaking behind ent Grab latching hooks 20 of the side walls 3 . If you want to fold the side wall 2 inwards on the floor, then only the two Rastna sen 19 must be pressed together manually, so that the front nose portion 21 of the locking lugs 19 passes the locking hook 20 so that the wall 2 can be folded inwards . On the other hand, there is an automatic locking via the locking mechanism if, for example, the wall 2 is inadvertently pressed inward, since then the locking lugs 19 stretch before the locking hook 20 ver. In this respect, a stable opening position of the container is guaranteed. The folding process, that is, the folding of the side walls inward, presupposes that a corresponding pressure effect is exerted manually on the locking lugs 19 by pressing the locking lugs 19 together, only then can the locking lugs pass past the locking hooks 20 inwards. An unintentional folding of the container side walls is excluded. Rather, if the side walls were pressed, the walls would only be locked via the locking lugs 19 .
