Description
Das zu filtrierende Medium (23) wird durch den Saugdruck des Systems durch die Öleinlaßöffnung (4) in den Filtertaschenin nenraum (42) geführt. Das zu filtrierende Medium (43) ver teilt sich komplett in der Filtertasche des Filtermediums (8). Durch den entsprechenden Saugdruck des Systems passiert nun das zu filtrierende Medium (43) das Filtermedium (8) und wird durch die Fließrippen der oberen sowie auch unteren Fil terhalbschale (16, 41) zu dem Ölauslaßbereich (17) der oberen Filterhalbschale (15) geführt. Danach passiert das zu fil trierende Medium (43) die Ölauslaßtube (17), den Filter und gelangt so in das nachfolgende System. Der Aufbau des Filters muß so erfolgen, daß die Fließrippen (16, 41) optimal im Ver hältnis zu den Positionen der Öleinlaßöffnung (4) und der Ölauslaßöffnung (17) geformt werden. Dabei müssen die Schweißbereiche zwischen Filtermedium (8) und der unteren Filterhalbschale (1) in den Bereichen Abstandsdom und Ölein laß (13, 14) optimal befestigt sein. Des weiteren muß die Klemmung (20) des Filtermediums (8) zwischen den Filterhalb schalen (1 und 15) so angepaßt werden, daß der auftretende Saugdruck, der eine mögliche geringe Verformung des Filterme diums (8) zwischen den Fließrippen (41 und 16) bewirken kann, so hoch ist, daß das Filtermedium (8) fest in Position gehal ten wird. Die Dichtheit der Randverschweißung zwischen den Filterhalbschalen (1 und 15) muß gemäß den Einsatzspezifika tionsvorgaben nahe 100% sein. Der Grund liegt darin, daß hierdurch vermieden werden soll, daß eventuelle Leckagen Fehlfunktionen bewirken bzw. Schmutzpartikel direkt in das System eindringen und somit zu einem Ausfall führen könnten.

Claims (9)
- a) Aufschweißen des Filtermediums (8) auf die untere Filterhalbschale (1) an den Schweißbereichen Ab standsdom (3) und Öleinlaß (6) mittels Zirkular-Vi brationsreibschweißen oder Orbital-Vibrationsreib schweißen oder Hochfrequenz-Ultraschallschweißen oder einer Kombination dieser Verfahren;
- b) Zuklappen des Filtermediums (8) an der Faltkante (44);
- c) Aufsetzen der oberen Filterhalbschale (15) auf die untere Filterhalbschale (1) und Verschweißen in den Schweißbereichen obere und untere Filterhalbschale (23) mittels Zirkular-Vibrationsreibschweißen und/oder Orbital-Vibrationsreibschweißen.
