Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Bremsscheibe gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Eine derartige Bremsscheibe ist aus der DE 43 32 951 A1 bekannt. In die innere Umfangswand des Reibringes der bekannten Brems scheibe sind Bohrungen gesetzt, während das Tragteil an den Stellen, wo der Reibring die Bohrungen aufweist, mit Stiften, Bolzen oder dergleichen versehen ist, welche in die Bohrungen hineinragen. Der Außenumfang des Tragteils ist etwas kleiner gewählt als der Innenumfang des Rei bringes, so daß bei thermischer Ausdehnung ein radiales Spiel zwischen Reibring und Tragteil zur Verfügung steht. Im Inneren des Reibringes 1 liegt ein Tragteil 5, welches, erkennbar in Fig. 2, im wesentlichen tellerartig mit einer zentralen Öffnung gestaltet ist. Der Außenrand des Tragteiles 5 liegt mit geringem Spiel innerhalb Ringscheibe 3, deren Innenumfang etwas enger ist als der der Ringscheibe 2. In den Innenumfang 6 der Ringscheibe 3 sowie in den Außenumfang 7 des Tragteils 5 sind übergreifende Aussparungen 8 gesetzt, welche im we sentlichen ovale, sich in radialer Richtung erstreckende Form besitzen. In diese Aussparungen 8 ist, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt, jeweils eine Paßfeder 9 eingesetzt, die bezüglich der Ringscheibe 3 geringes radiales und axiales Spiel in der Aussparung 8 aufweisen kann. Lediglich in tangentia ler Richtung muß die Paßfeder spielfreien Kraftschluß bilden. Die Paßfeder 9, der Außenumfang 7 des Tragteils 5 und der Innenumfang 6 der Ringscheibe 3 weisen jeweils annähernd dieselbe Dicke auf. In einer nicht dargestell ten Ausführung ist der Außenumfang des Tragteils gering fügig dünner als der Innenumfang der Ringscheibe und die Paßfeder.In Fig. 1, the friction ring 1 is shown in a partially broken representation. Die Paßfedern 9, die Ring scheiben 10, die Zylinderschraube 11 und die Be festigungsmutter 12 sind alle aus verzinktem Metall ge fertigt. Dies bietet einen ausreichenden Korrosions schutz. Gewichtsaspekte spielen bei diesen Verbindungs gliedern keine Rolle, da sie im Vergleich zum Reibring 1 und zum Tragteil 5 sehr klein sind. Die Verwendung ver zinkter Kleinteile bietet außerdem den Vorteil, daß es sich um genormte Massenware handelt, welche nicht extra zur Montage der Bremsscheibe hergestellt werden muß.
