Abstract
Description
The invention relates to methods for cleaning well systems and equipment for the Execution of the procedure.
Well systems in which the wall of the well is a filter tube with a bed containing gravel or the like tend to form bridges between the gravel share and thus to block the water inflow to the well shaft. So far such constipation by chemicals, even with acids. The invention has for its object to avoid the use of chemicals. This object is achieved by the invention defined in claim 1. Training the invention are described in the subclaims.
In principle, the invention is that in the filled with water or the like Well shaft a cylindrical body with openings on its sides is lowered that an interior of the body is supplied with a gas under high pressure is that the openings with predetermined or predeterminable periods the or another interior that are under high pressure of the gas, and that this gas is pulsed through the openings under high pressure, is shot cyclically pulsating against the shaft walls. The loading time of the Interior of the body, the time intervals of the valve opening and the rate of descent of the body in the well shaft are coordinated so that about all A pulsed gas stream is shot against the shaft walls for 2 sec. On Part of the gas penetrates the walls in a cleaning manner, another part bubbles up on the Manhole walls along upwards and causes additional tears due to turbulence inclination.
The water column in the well shaft is pressed in by the clock of the gas slowly raised. This creates an overpressure over the Gravel bed, which is effective for gas spreading in the gravel bed. The degassing of the after Gas bubbles flowing above relieve the water column. The pressure will thus reduced again, which allows an inflow from the gravel bed. The gas bubbles expand in the gravel bed and emerge from the gravel bed.
After balancing the water column, another area of the filter tube can be fumigated will.
Start and stop impulses for the cleaning cycles are advantageous from one Above ground gas generator given over a charging line. Preferably all starts A new cleaning cycle automatically takes 2 seconds.
Kleine Schachtdurchmesser sind beispielsweise 15 cm, große 80 cm.The process is controlled by an above-ground device (gas Generator) prevents a so-called "runaway" of the shaft system. Under the runaway In a shaft system, the water level in the well suddenly drops shaft by several meters and a considerable pressure loss in the Well shaft, especially of several bars, understood. This is caused Sagging through the formation of very large gas bubbles by collecting the gas when gas enters the well shaft and then ascends together the gas bubbles. Due to the decrease in volume when gas escapes from the water surface there is a sagging and loss of pressure. These big burdens can Well shaft pose major stability problems, especially with walls Wood or plastic. There is a sudden risk of the walls collapsing. The The choice of the above-ground control of the process depends on the Shaft diameter. Above ground control is preferred for large Shaft diameters selected. Small shaft diameters are, for example, 15 cm, large 80 cm.
Diese zeigen in:In order to explain the invention in more detail, an exemplary embodiment is described below hand of the drawings described for example. These show in:
Fig. 1 einen Schnitt durch einen Brunnenschacht mit einem darin zur Durchführung eines Reinigungsverfahrens in Absenkbewegung befindlichen zylindrischen Körper, Fig. 1 shows a section through a well shaft with an enclosed therein for carrying out a purification process in lowering cylindrical body,
Fig. 2 shows a section through a valve housing of the cylindrical body with openings provided therein.
In Fig. 1, a well system with a shaft 1 is shown in section, the shaft wall of which has a lot of slots 2 , openings or the like filter tube 3 with gravel bed 4 . In the shaft filled with water or the like, a cylindrical body 6 is lowered by means of a rope 5 , for example made of steel, for cleaning the gravel bed, to which gas, in particular nitrogen, is supplied via a first pressure line 7 at a pressure of 15-20 bar above the respective hydrostatic pressure in the shaft 1 . In the cylindrical body 6 through inserts in a cylindrical outer tube, a load storage chamber 8 , a throttle 9 , an expansion chamber serving, with the chamber 8 connected via the throttle 9 interior 10 and a valve housing 11 with outwardly directed openings 12 and a valve 13 ge forms.
Fig. 2 shows the design of the valve housing 11 and the piston area in detail. The valve 13 contains a valve rod 13 a, a valve guide 13 b, a plate-shaped configuration of the valve part 14 facing the interior 10 and a projection 13 c, for. B. a disc, on the side facing away from the interior 10 of the valve housing 11 . The valve rod 13 a has a free end 13 d. A piston 15 is movable in a piston chamber 16 , which is connected to the interior 10 via a second pressure line 17 on the side facing away from the valve housing 11 . On the valve rod 13 a is a compression spring 18 between the valve rod guide 13 b and the projection 13 c ge, which constantly pushes or pulls the valve 13 in the closed position. The piston 15 is pressed to open the valve 13 against the free end 13 d of the valve rod 13 a. The piston chamber 16 between the valve housing 11 and piston 15 is connected via a third pressure line 19 to a pressure compensation chamber 20 , the internal pressure of which depends on the pressure of the respective shaft area in which the cylindrical body 6 is located. For this purpose, the pressure compensation chamber 20 is provided with an opening 21 to the shaft 1 . The range of motion of the piston 15 , the dimensions of the valve rod 13 a, the valve member 14 , the pressure lines 17 , 19 and possibly the throttle 9 are coordinated so that the piston 15 is shifted upwards with increasing pressure in the interior 10 until he presses against the free end 13 d of the valve rod 13 a and moves this while overcoming the force of the compression spring 18 until the valve 13 opens GE. The pressure in the interior 10 then ensures that the valve 13 is fully opened.
The effect of the cylindrical body 6 so far described is as follows: once the cylindrical body 6 is immersed into the shaft 1, in the pressure equalizing chamber 20 through the penetrating in the opening 21, the contents of the chamber 20 generates compressed water, a pressure of about the third pressure line 19 in the piston chamber 16 builds up in the rich Be 16 a between the piston 15 and the valve housing 11 a pressure which the ben Col. 15 presses downward. The compression spring 18 holds the valve 13 closed in this state. Via the first pressure line 7 , a gas generator gas, in particular nitrogen, is now pressed into the load storage chamber 8 from the above-ground well system. By dimensioning the pressure line 7, this chamber 8 is immediately filled to a pre-set pressure of approximately 10-25 bar. Due to the action of the throttle 9 , the interior 10 is filled only relatively slowly, so that the pressure there builds up only slowly to full height. Because the valve 13 is still closed, the gas can only escape from the interior 10 via the second pressure line 17 , specifically into the region 16 b of the piston chamber 16 on the side of the piston 15 facing away from the valve housing 11 . With the slow build-up of pressure in the interior 10 , the pressure in the area 16 b of the piston chamber 16 also builds up and begins to move the piston 15 upward as soon as the pressure in the area 16 b reaches and exceeds the pressure in the area 16 a. Even after the pressure has been exceeded, the valve 13 remains closed because, on the one hand, the high pressure in the interior 10 still presses against the valve part 14 and, on the other hand, the compression spring 18 ensures the closed position. When the pressure in the area 16 b is fully built up, the piston 15 moves in the piston chamber 16 and presses against the free end 13 d of the valve rod 13 a from below. As soon as the pressure in the region 16 b is sufficiently high, the piston 15 moves the valve rod 13 a against the pressure of the compression spring 18 and thus the valve part 14 into the interior 10 , thus opening the valve 13 . The high pressure in the interior 10 then opens the valve 13 completely and is now fully at the openings 12 of the valve housing 11 . These are directed against the shaft walls and blow the gas through the slots 2 of the filter tube 3 into the gravel bed. All bridges of this gravel bed 4 are broken up. In order to cover all areas of the shaft wall, the openings 12 are arranged in a ring shape, for example an opening 12 every 60 °. The valve 13 remains open for a period of time, since the pressure drop in the space 16 b is slower than that in the interior 10 and the refilling of the interior 10 via the pressure line 7 is slower than the emptying of the interior 10 via the openings 12 due to the action of the throttle 9 . As soon as the pressure in the area 16 b has dropped and the piston 15 has been pushed down again by the pressure in the chamber 16 a, the valve 13 is closed again by the constantly active compression spring 18 . The time constants of pressure build-up and pressure reduction and the rate of descent of the cylindrical body 6 in the shaft 1 are coordinated with one another such that a new gas surge is given through the openings 12 to the wall of the shaft 1 approximately every 2 seconds. The gravel bed 4 , which tends to become blocked, is therefore vibrated and shaken. All incrustations, so-called bridging, are broken open. This effect is reinforced by the gushing gas bubbles rising upwards due to the overpressure in the gravel bed exerted by the rising water column. About the pressure equalization chamber 20 , the pressure in the area 16 a of the piston chamber 16 is constantly adapted to the hydrostatic pressure of the respective shaft depth and so the time intervals of the valve function designed evenly. The effect on the shaft walls can be made more or less intensive by varying the lowering speed. The gas used is preferably nitrogen because of the z. B. Compressed air contained oxygen tends to react.
The cylindrical body 6 is lowered into the shaft from the above-ground system by means of a rope, in particular a steel rope, in order to achieve a uniform rate of descent with a winch, a motor or the like. An annular upper wire brush 22 and a lower wire brush 23 or the like serve to center the body 6 in the shaft. These wire brushes can also be used to increase the dwell time of the gas bubbles in the shaft. A large part of these gas bubbles are shot into the gravel bed so that they remain in it as long as the external pressure of the water in the shaft remains the same. These gas bubbles break up incrustations in the gravel bed with a time delay if, for example, the pressure in the shaft changes. The resulting gas bubbles are preferably about the size or volume of soccer bubbles (1.5 liters) and are independent of the hydrostatic pressure in the corresponding depth of fire in the well shaft.
In Fig. 1, a gas is supplied to the body 6 as shown. The process takes place in the body 6 according to the criteria described. It is also possible, however, to interrupt the amount of pulsating gas that is to be fed to the openings at predetermined times above ground accordingly. In such a case, however, the pulse method described cannot be achieved with the desired fineness. However, the adaptation to different shaft diameters created by the variable alternative choice of an above-ground control device is advantageous.
The amount of gas that comes out of the openings of the cylindrical with each cleaning cycle Body is expelled, is fixed or adjustable. The effect achieved is therefore reproducible.
The cylindrical body can also be advantageous for cleaning the well shaft pulled from the bottom up. It moves in the same direction like the rising gas bubbles, apart from the diffusing through and through gas components emerging from the openings. By moving the cylindrical Body from bottom to top prevents sand from falling and falling on the body deposited there. The sand can get into the wells during the sudden gas discharges shaft walls are loosened and torn out and fall on the cylindrical body.
