Abstract

The mounting assembly consists of a sensor housing fixed to a sensor carrier (4) by a plate type holder (1) which retains it in position. The holder is provided with a bracket support (2) which exerts an axial bias force on the sensor carrier, the bracket having a web (5) positively secured by a retaining bolt (6). The bracket support can be provided at its end with an angled section (7) which engages in a notch (8) in the sensor housing whilst the holder can have several arms forming a fork-type engagement with the sensor housing. Between the bracket and the web a section (9) can be provided shaped to accept the bolt.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sensor-Haltebaugruppe, insbeson­ dere für Drehzahlsensoren, nach dem Oberbegriff des Patent­ anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a sensor holding assembly, in particular for speed sensors, according to the generic term of the patent claim 1.

Aus der Druckschriftenreihe der Robert Bosch GmbH "PKW-Brems­ anlagen", 1. Ausgabe vom September 1989, ist auf Seite 20, Bild 43, ein Drehzahlsensor abgebildet, der mittels eines plattenförmigen Halteteils in einer ortsfesten Lage an einem feststehenden Bauteil angebracht ist. Eine Innensechskant-Hal­ teschraube durchgreift den am Sensorgehäuse überstehenden Be­ reich des blechförmigen Halteteils. In der Regel ist das Hal­ teteil am Sensorgehäuse kraftschlüssig befestigt. Damit ist die Zuordnung des Sensorgehäuses zum Halteteil festgelegt, so daß je nach Einbaulage des Drehzahlsensors das Halteteil ent­ sprechend auszurichten ist, damit diese mit der Bohrung im Sensorträger fluchtet. Überdies besteht bei der vorgeschlage­ nen Konstruktion die Gefahr, daß durch Schmutz- und Korro­ sionseinflüsse das Lösen des Halteteils mit dem Sensorgehäuse vom Sensorträger erschwert ist und ausschließlich die Innensechskant-Halteschraube entfernt werden kann und diese möglicherweise verlorengeht.From the series of publications by Robert Bosch GmbH "Car brake systems", 1 . Die Fig. 1 zeigt in schematischer Darstellung eine Sensor- Haltebaugruppe, die insbesondere für Drehzahlsensoren zur An­ wendung gelangt. Die Sensorhaltebaugruppe besteht aus einem Sensorgehäuse 3, das mittels eines plattenförmigen Halteteils 1 in einer ortsfesten Lage an einem feststehenden Sensorträger 4 angebracht ist. In der Seitenansicht von Fig. 1 ist einer der beiden Haltearme 2 zu erkennen, der am Sensorgehäuse 3 eine axiale Vorspannkraft auf den Sensorträger 4 ausübt. Fer­ ner ist das Halteteil 1 mit einem Steg 5 versehen, der mit einer Halteschraube 6 formschlüssig verbunden ist. Der abge­ bildete Haltearm 2 ist am Ende mit einer Abkröpfung 7 verse­ hen, die in eine Aussparung 8 des Sensorgehäuses 3 eingreift. Zwischen dem Haltearm 2 und dem Steg 5 ist gleichfalls eine Abkröpfung 9 vorgesehen, in deren Bereich die Halteschraube 6 das Halteteil 1 durchdringt. Ferner weist der Steg 5 eine Hal­ tezunge 10 auf, die auf dem Kopf der Halteschraube 6 zur An­ lage gelangt. Gut zu erkennen ist die gabelförmige Ausführung des Halteteils 1, so daß ein paar zungenförmige Haltearme 2 in Aussparungen des Sensorgehäuses 3 eingreifen können. Die Halteschraube 6 ist vorzugsweise mit einem Innen­ sechskant am Schraubenkopf versehen, auf dem die Haltezunge 10 anliegt. Das Halteblech 1 ist aus einem rostfreien, dünnwandi­ gen Blechteil, vorzugsweise aus Federstahl hergestellt, so daß die elastischen Haltearme 2 entlang den als Schlitzen ausgeführten Aussparungen 8 am Sensorgehäuse 3 relativ leicht eingeschoben werden können und durch die Abkröpfung 7 formschlüssig am Sensorgehäuse 3 lagefixiert sind. Damit ist nach Montage der Halteschraube 6 im Sensorträger 4 permanent eine axiale Vorspannkraft in Richtung der Sensor-Fügerichtung wirksam, die infolge ihrer Vorspannwirkung gleichzeitig ein ausreichendes Gewindereibmoment in der Halteschraube 6 si­ cherstellt. Die ansonsten üblichen Federringe, Zahnscheiben und Sicherungsbleche können infolge der Vorspannwirkung der Halteteils 1 entfallen. Über das unerwünschte Lockern der Hal­ teschraube 1 hinaus gewährleistet der rechtwinklig nach oben gekröpfte Steg 5 mittels einer gleichfalls in Richtung des Schraubenkopfes rechtwinklig abgebogenen Haltezunge 10 eine Haltesicherung, die sowohl nach der Montage als auch dem Her­ ausdrehen der Halteschraube 6 aus dem Sensorträger 4 die Hal­ teschraube 6 festhält. Durch die vorgeschlagene Erfindung läßt sich das Sensorgehäuse 3 einfach und damit kostengünstig gestalten und bei vorgeschlagener Ausführungsform um 180 Grad versetzt montieren. Durch die federnde Eigenschaft des Halteteils 1 können die ansonsten gebräuchlichen Sicherungsmittel für die Halteschraube 6 entfallen. Die Halteschraube 6 kann überdies durch die Verwendung der am Steg 5 über den Schraubenkopf sich erstreckende Haltezunge 10 nur gemeinsam mit dem Halteteil 1 demontiert werden. Bei leichtem Klemmen des Sensorgehäuses 3 in der Bohrung des Sensorträgers 4 erfolgt gleichzeitig durch die Abstützung des in Löserichtung zu drehenden Schraubenkopfs an der Haltezunge 10 ein die Demontage der Sensor- Haltebaugruppe unterstütztes Ausheben des Sensorgehäuses 3 aus dem Sensorträger 4.The proposed invention allows the sensor housing 3 to be designed simply and therefore inexpensively and, in the proposed embodiment, to be installed offset by 180 degrees. Claims (6)

Sensor-Haltebaugruppe, insbesondere für Drehzahlsensoren, bestehend aus einem Sensorgehäuse, das mittels eines plattenförmigen Halteteils in einer ortsfesten Lage an einem Sensorträger angebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteteil (1) wenigstens mit einem Haltearm (2) versehen ist, der am Sensorgehäuse (3) eine axiale Vorspannkraft auf den Sensorträger (4) ausübt, und daß das Halteteil (1) mit einem Steg (5) versehen ist, der mit einer Halteschraube (6) formschlüssig verbunden ist.1.
