Claims

1. Device for holding a cassette, which preferably conveys price information via a display surface, consisting of a load-bearing element ( 3 ), an adapter ( 4 ) and an elongated connecting element ( 5 ), the adapter ( 4 ) with the load-bearing element ( 3 ) is connectable,
a part ( 6 ) for receiving a corresponding part ( 7 ), which is arranged in at least one of the two end regions of the elongated connecting element ( 5 ), is provided on the adapter ( 4 ),
wherein the two corresponding parts ( 6 , 7 ) on the adapter ( 4 ) and connecting element ( 5 ) are designed such that the elongated connecting element ( 5 ) is pivotally mounted on the adapter ( 4 ), so that the cassette ( 1 ) as soon as it is attached to the device and, regardless of the position of the supporting element ( 3 ), is aligned essentially parallel to gravity.

2. Device according to claim 1, wherein the supporting element ( 3 ) is a stand ( 8 ).

Device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the adapter ( 4 ) from a tubular lower part ( 9 ) for attachment to the supporting element ( 3 ) and a substantially rectangular upper part ( 10 ) which is centered on the tubular part ( 9 ) is attached, the rectangular part ( 10 ) having in at least one of its four side areas the part ( 6 ) for receiving the corresponding part ( 7 ) of the connecting element ( 5 ).

4. The device according to claim 1, wherein the supporting element ( 3 ) is a clamp ( 11 ).

5. The device according to claim 1 or 4, wherein the adapter ( 4 ) consists of a substantially elongated part ( 12 ), and wherein at least one of the two end regions of the elongated part ( 12 ) the part ( 6 ) for receiving the corresponding part ( 7 ) of the connecting element ( 5 ).

6. The device according to claim 5, wherein the adapter ( 4 ) has a fastening mechanism ( 13 ), via which it is preferably detachably connected to the supporting element ( 3 ).

7. The device according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the fastening mechanism ( 13 ) is designed such that the adapter ( 4 ) with respect to the supporting element ( 3 ) can be arranged in different angular positions.

8. The device according to claim 1, 3 or 5, wherein the end region of the connecting element ( 5 ), which causes the connection to the cassette ( 1 ), is designed as a tongue ( 14 ) which in corresponding webs ( 15 ) which on the Back of the cassette ( 1 ) are provided, engages.

The device according to claim 8, wherein the end region of the connecting element ( 5 ), which causes the oscillating mounting on the adapter ( 4 ), is designed as a sleeve-shaped part ( 16 ) which has the corresponding cylindrical part ( 17 ) of the connecting element ( 5 ) encompasses at least partially.

The device according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the fastening mechanism ( 13 ) from two parallel, compressible tabs ( 18 ) which are provided on one of the tops of the adapter ( 4 ), and from a preferably rectangular opening ( 19 ) in the Top of the load-bearing element ( 3 ), and wherein the tabs ( 18 ) in the lower region have locking edges ( 20 ), in which engage the edges ( 21 ) of the rectangular opening ( 20 ) of the load-bearing element ( 3 ) in the use state.

The device according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the fastening mechanism ( 13 ) consists of a pressure spring ( 22 ) and predetermined locking positions defining locking elements ( 23 ), by pressing the spring ( 22 ) released the respective locking position and the adapter ( 4 ) with respect of the supporting element ( 3 ) can be pivoted into a further latching position.
