Claims (2)

KAISERLICHES PATENTAMT. Behufs Trennung der Kugeln von Kugellagern werden zwischen je zwei derselben zylindrische Zwischenstücke eingelegt, welche an den beiden Grundflächen den Kugelflächen entsprechend hohlkugelig ausgeschliffen sind. Die Einführung dieser von den Kugeln schwebend erhaltenen Zwischenstücke bietet nur insoweit eine Schwierigkeit, als es sich um die . Einführung des letzten Zwischen-Stückes handelt, da es bei dieser Stufe des Zusammenbaues nicht mehr möglich ist, die beiden in Frage kommenden Kugeln weiter voneinander zu entfernen als dem Abstand der Pole der Aushöhlungen des Zwischen-Stückes entspricht. Nach vorliegender Erfindung erfolgt das Einfügen dieses letzten Zwischenstückes dadurch, daß es mit Hilfe eines geeigneten, als Gußform dienenden Werkzeuges zwischen die beiden in Frage kommenden Kugeln eingegossen wird. In Fig. I, 2 und 3 der Zeichnung ist das zur Ausführung des Verfahrens dienende Werkzeug samt dem Arbeitsstück in der Arbeitsstellung in Seitenansicht, im Schnitt nach A-B und im Schnitt nach C-D der Fig. 1 gezeigt.
