Erfinder: Walter Wilhelms Anlage zum. Gbm-Gesuch vom 2o.7«65 mit der Bezeichnung Flaschenverschluss Die !Teuerung bezieht sich auf einen neuartigen, ohne zusatz= liehe Hilfsmittel zu öffnenden, wieder verschliessbaren Plastik-Flaschenverschluss ohne Draht-Mechanik. Es sind ohne Werkzeug zu öffnende, wieder vörschliessbare Flaschenverschlüsse mit Draht-Mechanik bekannt (Bierflaschen) und Kronen-Verschlüsse (Metall), die mit einem Flaschen-Öffner geöffnet Tjerden müssen und nicht einwandfrei wieder verschliess= bar sind. Die Neuerung vereinigt alle vorgenannten Vorteile ohne deren Nachteile und ist preiswert. Die Neuerung ist dadurch gekenn= zeichnet, dass durch die federnde und dichtende Eigenschaft der Jeichplastik, sowie die Flaschenmund umschliessende und in den Flaschenhals hineinragende Form der Eappe Fig.1,1 Wiederver= schliessbarkeit ohne Mechanik gegeben ist, weiterhin dadurch, dass durch das Eindrücken eines leicht konischen Hartplastik-Bolzens 2 sich eine billige Montage bei der Herstellung der Ein= richtung gemäss der Erfindung ergibt und vor allem dadurch, dass durch den (Hartplastik-) Hebel 3 mit der Nase 4 (der bäim öffnen an der Stelle 5 anliegt) ein leichtes öffnen der Flasche ohne zusätzliche Hilfsmittel möglich ist. Damit ein unfreiwilliges öffnen der Flasche vermieden wird, ist es vielleicht angebracht gemeinsam um Flaschenhals und Hebel 3 eine mit einem Reklame= druck versehenen Tesastreifen o.a. anzubringen, der mit einem kräftigen Ruck des Hebels 3 zerrissen werden kann, herden nicht so hohe Ansprüche an den Verschluss gestellt, mag es genügen die Plastikkappe Fig.1,1 seitlich mit einem Vorsprung, einer Lasche oder Nase zu versehen und so das öffnen der Flasche zu erleichtern.Inventor: Walter Wilhelm's plant for.
