Abstract
Description
Clip for clamping and drying frames == = = The invention relates a clip for the tensioning chain of tenter frames for the treatment of moving webs, in particular tightly knotted fabrics such as Umbrella 4de.
When treating, for example, very tightly beaten tissue or strongly shrinking fabrics in stenter frames, it is necessary to cut the edges to hold the moving material web particularly firmly without damaging it in order to to prevent the edges from sliding out of the clips.
Even when tensioning or stretching webs of fabric are allowed here Occurring particularly high tensile forces' the web edges do not come out of the clip be pulled out.
For this purpose, namely to hold and guide the moving material web in tensioning and drying frames, it is known to use tensioning chains with needle bars. However, these damage the web edges and are therefore for high-quality webs not suitable.
Furthermore, the most varied types of clips are used for this been. For example, a clip is known in which the movable clip flap has a 2, 4 or 8-way divided cutting edge. The partial stilokes are via pressure equalization crossbars connected to each other, so that the flap with all parts of the cutting edge almost rests evenly on the running material web or the fluff table. Another Kluppe is known in which the contact pressure of the flap with the cutting edge on the Fabric and the table is raised by springs. With other clips it is Clump table and / or the clap flap several times to allow for better drying or belt lifting of the web edges. sense another clip has one horizontally adjustable clump table to ensure that the flap is evenly positioned to reach with the cutting edge on this. Also a clip with an adjustment option the flap opposite the clap table has already been proposed.
Another clip is known in which on the clip flap for A multiple cutting edge is attached to better hold the material web. With the simplest known clips, only a single cutting edge is attached. This cutting are all interchangeable. Furthermore clips are known in which at the movable flap, the cutting edge is also movable, i.e. by means of elongated holes movable guide pins, so that the cutting edge is always even to apply to the fabric or the clump table. Also these loosely mounted cutting edges have already become known in multiple subdivided fori.
However, all of these flakes have the major disadvantage that they are extremely high Precision must be made to ensure an even fit across the cutting edge to be reached at the web or at the cleat table. Sometimes they require in addition, a high mechanical effort for their production. You are suitable only bad for webs of different thicknesses or different surfaces some of them are mechanically very sensitive and prone to failure, especially at high levels Web speeds. They also tend to warp or jam, there In the stenter or Trodken frame there are mostly high temperatures of up to about 1800C, and the clips are subject to rapid temperature changes. Because of this thermal stress conditionally, the parallelism between the cutting edge and the clump table is no longer guaranteed so that the material web is only partially detected. In addition, the Due to the unavoidable wear and tear, the cutting edge is reworked relatively often which also has a negative effect on the parallelism of the cutting edge and the clump table.
The invention is based on the object of an improved clip for stentering and drying frames that do not have the disadvantages described above has more or only to a very small extent.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the movable Kluppenklappe is provided with a Nesser, the cutting edge transversely and / or longitudinally corrugated or has a sawtooth-like or serrated shape.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the knife consists of one sturdy sheet metal into which the serrated edge, teeth or prongs are incorporated. - but can also be made from a thin corrugated sheet of preferably 9.3 to 0.5 gm Thick. The preferred material for this is a wear-resistant one elastic material such as spring steel is used. The clamping edge of the Cutting edge can be with a 2um clump table plane-parallel bevel of preferably 0.1 to 1 mm wide. The knife is in a known manner with simple Interchangeable funds.
In the drawing are exemplary embodiments for the inventive Clip shown and described in more detail below.

Fig. 1 shows a clip in the open position, Fig. 2 shows a clip closed position with the web of material clamped therein, FIG. 3 is a view in FIG enlarged scale on a corrugated knife in direction B according to Fig. 1, Fig. 4 a view of the corrugated knife in the direction A of FIG. 1, also in enlarged Scale, FIGS. 5 and 6 show views corresponding to FIGS. 3 and 4 of a knife with a sawtooth shape and FIG. 7, on a further enlarged scale, a section through a Corrugated knife according to section C in Fig. 2.
In the figures, 11 denotes the base body of the clip. This clip is attached to the guide chain, not shown, with bolts 12. The bracket table 13 is cast on the base body 11. The movable about the axis 14 Kiuppenklappe 15 with the knife 16 attached therein, preferably exchangeable the web 17 clamps against the tapered table 15. By pulling in the direction of the arrow the web 17 during drying or shrinking is the flap 15 with the knife 16 pressed more and more firmly against the clump table. If the position is not absolutely parallel from Knife 16 and table 13 are used with the known clips, that the web 17 is held only at one point, thereby tearing off or out the clip is pulled out. Due to the inventive design of the cutting edge 18 of the knife 16 this is avoided. As a result of the serrated edge -19, the teeth 20 or prongs in conjunction with an elastic material such as Spring steel, spring bronze or similar, the cutting edge is always in many places on the Web of material so that it can no longer be pulled out. As a particularly simple one and a cutting edge made of corrugated sheet metal has proven to be a cheap solution. This owns a thickness depending on the required elasticity and the type of material of the web from 0.3 to 0.5 mm. Due to the elasticity of the cutting edge, there are also small differences in thickness compensated for the web. It may be necessary for different web materials be to enlarge the contact surface of the cutting edge. Therefore, in special cases the cutting edge 18 with a bevel that is plane-parallel to the clamp table 13 in the closed position 21 be provided. The width of the same depends on the material to be treated of the web preferably between 0.1 and 1.0 mm. Although the knife 16 is made of wear-resistant Material exists, the cutting edge 18 will be worn after a long period of operation.
For this reason, the knife 16 is preferably replaceable the flap 15 attached.
The clip according to the invention thus results in the special one Advantage, webs of any kind, even particularly tightly knotted fabrics, such as E.g. umbrella silk, as well as thick and very thin fabrics in stretch or drying frames to be able to treat without the material web tearing, damaged or even out the clip is pulled out. The clip is very simple to assemble, cheap in production and works extremely reliably.
