Gegenstand des Gebrauchsmusters ist ein Srsatzbackenzahn aus Kunststoff oder Porzellan. Die üblichen Ersatzbackenzähne haben den Nachteil, daß sie nicht genügend den im Munde vorhandenen natürlichen Zähnen in der Anordnung und Wirkung gleichkommen. Insbesondere bilden die Ersatzbackenzähne der Oberkiefer- und Unterkieferprothese nicht nur in der Oclusion d.i. Schlußbißstellung sondern, worauf es wesentlich ankommt, auch in der Articulation d.i. beim Aaftreffen der Zähne des Ober- und Unterkiefers aufeinander , und ganz besonders und entscheidend während der Articulation unter Belastung, d.i.bei der kombinierten Kau- und Mahlbewegung, eine nur starre Kauebene, was im krassen Widerspruch zur Arbeit der natürlichen Zahns im Munde steht.
