Description
The invention relates to a loom with removal of the weft thread from stationary supply bobbins by means of a gripper hat that ar> each of its two ends is provided with a gripping device serving to grasp the weft thread is of which, when the protection is stopped, the gripping device adjacent to the fabric edge removes the fabric edge touched and is only opened after closing the shed.
SjiiuWiaus-·:1, bereils N^rueke'From the German utility model 1782 141 a gripper shuttle for looms is known, which is provided with a two-armed rocker arm which is mounted swiveling on it and has approximately its length. The ends of this rocker arm each with the associated end of the rapier guard form a clamping jaw for clamping the weft threads, which are removed from supply bobbins arranged outside the shed. These clamping jaws at the two ends of the reciprocating shuttle guard are alternately opened and flowed at the same time by push bolts arranged outside the shed. For this simultaneous opening and closing of the clamping columns, the rocker arm is swiveled back and forth relative to the shooter between a central position and a swiveled-out swivel position, with compression springs tensioned between it and the treasure taking on the task of holding the rocker arm in its swiveled-out swivel positions and for others to apply the clamping force for the clamping columns acting as gripping devices for the weft threads. The pivoting of the rocker arm for the simultaneous opening and closing of its two clamping columns is controlled in the foremost loading position in order to ensure that the inserted weft thread is only fiehu-'ücben when ι.Γ ready \ ι · η the previous drawer to the C> e ·. It if.t is still known (Austrian Patent Specification 255 ^ 3). at the end of the weft, outside the trailing edge by a suction precursor stage to hold on to the I ade. This suction device requires high manufacturing and facility costs Kns'en, always works satisfactorily and mvht generates significant weft waste.
The so far cheapest known solution (Raven. Viscose and other man-made fibers, March 1V56, Pages 157, 158) consists in attaching the end of the weft thread to the rear end of a hook shuttle and to brake this directly at the trailing edge, so that the attached to its rear end The pliers also remain at the threads of the trailing edge and are closed while the reeds are struck is held. However, this is a much different one from the ones available on the market Looms different design which requires a very precise execution of the device and therefore causes high set-up costs.
The invention is based on the initially mentioned loom, the task of to ensure that only low weft losses occur with low set-up costs. This The object is achieved according to the invention in that the length of the gripper guard is the width of the fabric is adapted and with on the sley in the edge area of the reed and at the level of the shop web arranged cutting pliers work together *, which the weft threads of each in the direction of flight rear gripping device designed in a manner known per se as self-clamping, hook-shaped pliers of the shooter in flight.
Refinements of the invention are described in the subclaims.
Diese etwas komplizierte Anordnung bietet jedoch den Vorteil, den Fadenvcrlust beim Durchschneiden der» Schußfadens zu verringern.tcr omission of the extension 134 of the temple this Cutting pliers grabs the weft thread in front of the blade stop and then moves it into the starting position outside the shooting range of the shooter, and before he starts moving, returns. This somewhat complicated arrangement, however, has the advantage of eliminating the loss of thread when cutting through to reduce the »weft.
Hs can also be avoided according to the invention of such losses of weft thread the arrangement must be made that the shooter is about 2 cm in front its normal end position is stopped, with the rear pliers on the shooter still remaining in the compartment and it is only opened when it is closed, whereby its correct setting before the impact is closed has taken place.
