M098469-4 9.G4 Karl Rudolf Schmidt -^j 1 Berlin 4-7 Krokusstr. Fig4 Schutzanspruch.M098469-4 9.G4 Karl Rudolf Schmidt - ^ j 1 Berlin 4-7 Krokusstr. 81 Automatic tube closure. The use of a tube requires removing the cap or turning the cap to open it. This tube seal opens automatically when pressure is applied, lets the compound come out and closes automatically when the pressure on the tube ceases. The self-opening cap does not exist A plastic mass.In the cap there is a plastic membrane body with a locking pin and the stretching spring Fig. 1 When the tube is pressed, the mass is pressed through the three lateral openings Fig3 and presses the membrane from above with the pin attached to it downwards The locking pin releases the outlet opening and the mass emerges. Fig. 2 By pressing down the membrane and the pin, the plastic spring stretches and pulls the pin back into its starting position when the pressure is released. The membrane body is a cavity, the lower plate of which is resistant in contrast to the upper movable membrane on which the pin sits »The membrane body is sealed airtight. When the tube is pressed, the mass compresses the thin membrane downwards and pulls the pin downwards with it . The compression also compresses the air in the hollow body and when the pressure is removed, the thin membrane returns to its starting position. This retreat is reinforced by the plastic spring. The plastic spring, which is firmly connected with its two ends at the top of the cap ends with its looping around the pin in a ring Fig. 5 which lies tightly above the membrane around the pin. By stretching the spring, the input must be able to turn a little on the pin. When the pressure is removed, the plastic spring contracts and pulls the locking pin up through the ring, which closes the outlet opening of the tube. If the tube contains liquid, the plastic spring falls away, as the pressure of the membrane is sufficient to close the outlet opening. The locking pin has a hat close to the membrane in which the spring ring can rotate. Fig. 4 Protection claim.
Tubes that otherwise had to be opened by hand by removing the cap, open automatically by the automatic device
Tube closure. Characterized in that there is a membrane body with a locking pin in the tube head, which is
opens when pressure is applied and lets the mass emerge, but closes again automatically when pressure is stopped.
Automatic tube closure according to claim 1, characterized in that
that in addition to the membrane body a plastic spring around the
Locking pin around the movement of the membrane reinforces and the closing of the outlet opening promotes.
