Claims (1)

KAISERLICHESIMPERIAL PATENTAMT.PATENT OFFICE. Gegenstand der Erfindung sind Bausteine mit Feder an der oberen und Nut an der unteren Lagerfläche, die. so ausgebildet sind, daß beim Vermauern trotz enger Lagerfugen eine feste und dichte Verbindung der Steine dadurch erzielt wird, daß der auf die Feder des Untersteins aufgetragene Mörtel die Nut ■ des darauf gedrückten Obersteins voll ausfüllt. Das ist dadurch erreicht, daß die einspringenden Winkel der in bekannter Weise gerillten Feder größer sind als die ausspringenden Winkel der Nut, die mit einem der Federrille entsprechenden Zapfen versehen ist. Die Fig. i, 2, 3 und 4 der Zeichnung zeigen in vier Beispielen, wie die nach diesen Gesichtspunkten hergestellten Steine ineinandergreifen. Überall sind die von den Seitenflächen der Nut mit der Lagerfläche gebildeten Winkel α β kleiner als die von den Seitenflächen der Feder mit der Lagerfläche gebildeten Winkel γ δ. Sind die Nutwinkel α β spitz, so können die Federwinkel γ <$■ rechte sein (Fig. 1), sind jene rechte, so müssen diese stumpfe Winkel sein (Fig. 2).The invention relates to building blocks with a tongue on the upper and groove on the lower bearing surface, which. are designed so that a firm and tight connection of the stones is achieved when bricking in spite of narrow bed joints that the mortar applied to the tongue of the lower stone completely fills the groove ■ of the upper stone pressed on it. Der größte Teil des eingeschlossenen Mörtels wird durch die nach der Lagerfuge hin zusammenlaufenden Flächen von Feder und Nut festgehalten und erfährt eine Pressung, vermöge deren der Mörtel in alle Verästelungen der Fuge getrieben und verdichtet wird. Dadurch wird erreicht, daß die in der Außenfläche des Mauerwerks sichtbare Fuge sehr schmal gestaltet werden kann. Die Festigkeit des Mauerwerks wird doch eine genügend große bleiben, da der Mörtel die Fuge zwischen Nut und Feder ganz ausfüllt und dadurch die übereinanderliegenden Steine fest miteinander verbindet. Die Winkel auf den beiden Seiten von Feder und Nut brauchen nicht gleich zu sein; es kann z.
