Es sind Verschlußkappen für Flaschen, Röhrchen, Dosen und dergleichen mit Halswulstring
1 in verschiedenen Ausführungen bekannt, die eine Original-Abfüllung des Inhaltes
garantieren. So z. B. Verschlußkappen aus Metall und plastischem Kunststoff mit
Abreißlaschen und Verschlußkappen aus Metall zu deren Verarbeitung besondere Anroll-und
Bördelmaschinen erforderlich sind. Bei einem Teil der Verschlußkappen aus Metall
braucht man zum Öffnen derselben besondere Öffner bzw. Öffnungsmaschinen. Falt alle
Verschlußkappen aus Metall führen beim Öffnen leicht zu, zum Teil erheblichen, Verletzungen.

wei. chen plastischen Kunststoffen, wie Polyäthylen und dergleichen. Die Verschlußkappe
muß der jeweiligen Flaschenhalsform entsprechend ausgebildet werden, d. h. für Flaschen
mit Schraubgewinde als Schraubkappe (Abb. 1 und Abb. 2), für andere Flaschenmündungen
in Form eines Griffstopfens (Abb. 3) oder dergleichen, damit die Abdichtung der
Flaschen gewährleistet ist. Der Wulstring 5 des Ringes 3 ist an der oberen Seite
möglichst scharfkantig auszubilden, damit sich ein fester Sitz unter dem Halswulstring
1 ergibt, während er nach unten eine Anschrägung 6 haben soll, damit sich der Verschluß
beim Verschließen leicht über den Halswulstring 1 drücken läßt. Die Stärke des Wulstringes,
5 sowie dessen Breite und Form muß dem jeweiligen Halswulstring 1 angepaßt werden.
Das gleiche trifft auch für den Abstand des Wulstringes 5 vom oberen Rand des Ringes

Abreißen möglich ist. Eventuell läßt sich das durch zusätzliche Einschnür

an den Stegen 4 noch erhöhen. Die notwendige Anzahl der verbindenden Stege 4 wird
sich aus der jeweiligen Ausführung der Verschlüsse ergeben und muß dieser angepaßt

Teiles des betreffenden Verschlusses zu öffnen sind. Das Öffnen des zur Anmeldung
stehenden Plastic-Verschlusses hingegen kann leicht von Hand durch entgegengestztes
Drehen der Verschlußkappe 2 zum Ring 3 erfolgen, wobei die verbindenden Stege 4
