Beschreibung zur Gebrauchsmusteranmeldung : "Aus Kunststoff bestehendes Verteilerstück für die Scheibenwaschanlage bei Kraftfahrzeugen." -------------- Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf das meist T-förmige Verteilerstück für die Scheibenwaschanlage bei Kraftfahrzeugen, das die Verbindung zwischen den zum Wasserbehälter, zur Spritzdüse und zur Saugdruckpumpe führenden Schlauchleitungen herstellt. Verteilerstücke dieser Art bestehen der geringen Korrosionsanfälligkeit wegen meist aus Kunststoff. In die Kanäle des Verteilerstückes sind Rückschlagventile eingesetzt, die die Aufgabe haben, während des Ansaugens durch die Pumpe den Durchtritt des Wassers von dem Flüssigkeitsbehälter zur Pumpe freizugeben und gleichzeitig die Zuleitung zur Spritzdüse zu schließen, beim Druckvorgang dagegen die Leitung zum Wasserbehälter zu schließen und den Durchtritt des Wassers zur Spritzdüse freizugeben. Als Rückschlagventile werden meist Metall-oder Glaskugeln verwendet, die nach Maßgabe des herrschenden Druckes die entsprechenden Öffnungen wechselweise freigeben oder schließen. Die Kugel wandert dabei zwischen dem Ventilsitz und den Anschlägen, die den Weg der Kugel begrenzen, hin und her. Bei den bekannten Verteilerstücken werden diese Anschläge gebildet durch die Stirnwand der in das Verteilerstück eingeschraubten Ventilstutzen.
