Grating gratings come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes
the most varied of applications. known. Basically, such gratings exist
from the support rods and the spacer rods, which are either simply connected to each other
or held in a frame. We also know gratings from intersecting
Support bars. In the known gratings, the bars themselves are made of flat steel
or strip steel. For the latter reason, the known gratings are not there or
at least not satisfactorily suitable where they can be used as pedestals for good use
should find that does not allow high surface pressures. This is especially true for
so-called pallets, which are used, for example, in foundries as bases for sand casting molds
or can be used as other subsets. The sand molds are used in foundries
from such pallets between the molding station and the casting station mostly on

are not suitable for this purpose, foundries usually work with wooden pallets.
These are disadvantageous because they burn easily due to splashes of liquid cast material.
One also knows steel pallets made from flat, closed sheet metal plates
or steel plates exist, with these, however, that bothers during the casting process
the gas cannot escape from the molds, leading to unpleasant explosions and
can lead to other disturbances.
The invention has the task of creating a grating,
which, in particular, can also be used as a base for goods that do not allow high surface pressures,
is suitable and can preferably be used for foundry pallets.
The invention relates to a grating made of support bars and spacer bars
or from crossing supporting rods. The invention consists in that in gratings
from bearing bars and spacer bars at least the bearing bars, in the case of gratings from themselves
crossing support rods at least the support rods in one direction with support flanges
are provided.

Fig. 6

be 1 mit Auflageflanschen 3 versehen.
be 1 als L-Profile ausgeführt.
