(brauchsmusteranmeldung Kunststoff-Gleitlager Beschreibung
Kunststoff-Gleitlager werden in zunehmendem Maße anstelle der
bisherigen Metall-Lager verwendet.
sich eine Welle ; bei geteilten Lagern werden anstelle der Buchsen Halbschalen verwendet.(utility model registration plastic plain bearing description Plastic plain bearings are increasingly being used in place of the
previous metal bearings used. Their design is usually the same as is usual for metal bearings, ie a shaft rotates in a socket pressed into the frame; in the case of split bearings, half-shells are used instead of the bushings.
Nachteilig sind u. a. folgende Eigenschaften
der Kunststoffe : 1. schlechte Wärmeleitung, 2. große Wärme-und Feuchtigkeitsdehnung,
3. Schrumpfung nach Wärme-oder Feuchtigkeitseinfluss, 4. Bindung von Staub und Schmutz,
5. elektrostatische Aufladung.

weitgehendst reduziert. The very different properties of plastics compared to metals have, on the one hand, considerable advantages, especially in the case of unlubricated or insufficiently lubricated bearings. But they also have considerable disadvantages, which make it seem unsuccessful to transfer the usual designs of metal bearings to plastic bearings. The following properties of plastics, among others, are disadvantageous: 1. poor heat conduction, 2. great thermal and moisture expansion, 3. shrinkage after the influence of heat or moisture, 4. binding of dust and dirt, 5. electrostatic charge. The poor heat conduction allows only a very low PV value, especially when running dry, because the plastic bushing is to be regarded as a heat insulator and therefore all of the frictional heat has to be dissipated through the shaft. Heat and moisture expansion require a relatively large bearing clearance. In addition, when exposed to heat and moisture, plastic bushings tend to lose their press-fit stress, to shrink and to stick to the shaft. The necessary bearing play and the elasticity of most plastics favor the ingress of dust and dirt, which settles on the surface of the plastic and then abrades the shaft. In addition, moisture can easily penetrate the warehouse, which means that the mostly used steel shafts rust and the bearings become unusable.

become cash. After all, there is static electricity, this

the wave must be derived. If sufficient grounding is not possible, the surface of the shaft will be destroyed by electrostatic discharge. All of these influences have led to many setbacks in the use of plastic bearings and are very much in the way of progress. The purpose and aim of the invention is to largely eliminate these influences by appropriate construction of the plastic bearing and to give the designer a bearing element that he can use in a similar manner without taking into account the external influences and the properties of the plastic used in terms of performance and dimensions Way how ball and needle roller bearings can install. Such a bearing consists of the sliding sleeve (1) on which both-
