Description
Bei Absperr-und Drosselklappen dieser Art wird der Durchflußkanal
des Gehäuses in der Schließstellung der Klappe in der Weise abgesperrt, daß sich
die klappe mit einer Dicktungsfläche an ihren Umfang an die Innenwandung des Gehäuses
bzw. des Durchflußkanals anlegt. Diejenigen Punkte auf dem Umfang der Klappe, die
einen größeren Abstand von der Drehachse der Klappe besitzen, entfernen sich beim
Öffnen der
Um die Abdichtung auf dem ganzen Umfang der Klappe zu verbessern,
hat man auch die in der Gehäuseinnenwandung angeordnete elastische Dichtung in der
Schließstellung der Klappe durch ein Druckmittel gegen den Umfang der Klappe angepreßt.
Hierfür hat man an dem Gehäuse Vorrichtungen angebracht, in denen der Anpreßdruck
beispielsweise hydraulisch oder mechanisch mit Hilfe eines Druckringes erzeugt wird.
Hiermit wird zwar die gewünschte Abdichtung zwischen Klappe und Gehäuaeinnenwandung
weitgehend erzielt, jedoch ist diese Methode umständlich und kostspielig, da das
Gehäuse zusätzlich mit der komplizierten Vorrichtung z. ur Erzeugung des Anpreßdruckes
versehen werden muß und da diese aufwendige Einrichtung zusätzlich zu der Welle
der Klappe beim Öffnen und Schließen
Dies ist gleichfalls auf die oben geschilderte schwierige Abdichtung
zwischen der Gehäuseinnenwandung und den nahe der Drehachse liegenden Punkten des
Klappenumfanges zurückzuführen. Insbesondere bei z. B. runden oder elliptischen
Klappen, die in einem Durchflußkanal mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt angeordnet sind,
ist eine Abdichtung an den in Rede stehenden Stellen des Klappenumfanges deswegen
äußerst erschwert$ weil die nahe der Drehachse liegenden Teile des
