Seiten und nach oben abgegebenes Streulicht entstehen.Large area luminaire NtiMStaeKtMaM = EaKiKsaxs = sss = aazM3 = aßsE == s = ss: eo9M3MMsa = S3c = t =! tSM = a = <
The invention relates to a large area luminaire for illuminating large squares, which is set up at the edge thereof and practically evenly illuminates the entire area of the square without causing significant light losses due to scattered light emitted to the sides and upwards.

Examination of the two curves shows that B this
Reflector not full of the explanations given to him

Light distribution curve, the light intensity falls from
a maximum value from very strongly, so that only one kiss
small half-value angle comes about komat. One becomes one
Therefore only use a solo reflector if in a
Larger removal of the Leuohte a band-shaped surface
should be illuminated with good efficiency. The post
part of this reflector lies in the fact that between
the ribbon-shaped, well-lit at a distance
Plhhe and the area immediately below the luminaire
even a dead space is created that is poor in light
hit and therefore only illumined.
setslIt. n the Q, over-steam high-pressure burner not in

The consequence of this is an illumination of the dead
Room, rather a considerable decrease in the lighting
atlrke in the distant zones. Bie illuminance
the entire surface is therefore 1. unbelievable and
2. smaller due to the loss of stray light that passes through
the upper Hecker of the Liohtverteilungskurve 2 indicated
This loss of light is particularly evident when
if a flat incidence angle has to be chosen.
The above considerations have shown that one can

There is then automatically a practically uniform illuminance between the installation site of the lamp and the point of the illuminated area on which the maximum value of the illuminance was set. Since the luminaire only emits upwards at an angle of 20, there is practically no more scattered light. ' The distribution of the light can be further influenced by suitably adjusting the lateral guide plates, so that the half-value angle of the horizontal light distribution curve is the special one for each lighting situation by means of the appropriate angle of incidence of the guide plates Ratios can be paired.
