Bei Bimetall-Energiereglern für elektrische Wärmegeräte, insb, Kochplatten, wird die den Wärmegeräten zugeführte Wärmeenergie in Abhängigkeit -von dem Verhältnis der Ein-und Ausschaltzeit eines Regelkontaktes stufenlos geregelt. Im allgemeinen sind bei derartigen Bimetall-Energiereglern zwei miteinander verbundene!, um eine Achse gemeinsam verschwenkbare Bimetalle vorgesehen, von denen das von einer Heizwicklung beheizte Bimetall auf einen Schnappschalter einwirkt und das den Einfluß der Umgebungstemperatur ausgleichende Kompensationsbimetall von einer Sollweft-Einstellvorrichtung beeinflußt wird. Mit einem solchen Bimetallpegler kann ein itegelbereieh von der Sauerschaltung bis herab auf etwa Io $> beherrscht werden. Unterhalb dieses Wertes ist jedoch mit diesen bekannten Reglern keine genaue Wärmeregelung mehr durchführbar und außerdem wird bei dieser geringen Teilleistung die Einschaltzeit zu lang.
