kommt.Description of the utility model registration of the company Stürmann & Co., Düsseldorf, Bilkerstr. 23a refers to a "handlebar in connection with a braking device for limiting the tilting movement when the sash is tilted out in tilt, turn-tilt or similar windows." The invention relates to a handlebar in connection with a braking device for limiting the tilting movement when the sash is tilted out in the case of tilt, turn-and-tilt or similar windows. Such handlebars are not new in and of themselves. So are, for example Handlebars for limiting the tilting movement when tilting out
of the sash in tilt, turn-tilt or similar windows known
where in the pivot axis of the handlebar a device
device is provided) through which this when tilting the flail
This device, which is effective during the entire tilting and closing process, is braked in its pivoting movement the disadvantage that closing the tilted sash
necessary is made more difficult and a tight closing of the sash is often impossible, since the upper cover strip of the sash does not come into tight contact with the frame.
an-

This disadvantage is eliminated with the handlebar according to the invention in that it is not equipped with a braking device which, as in the previously known designs, is located in the pivot axis of the handlebar, but at the end of the handlebar, with which it attacks the wing, is provided. Here, is
this is set up so that the sash tilts when it is
can move freely and only shortly before the end of the
movement a braking effect occurs. At the end of the tilting movement
the handlebar finds a stop for ending the tilting movement
and at the same time a slight locking mechanism to prevent automatic slamming
of the wing in the event of drafts, gusts of wind or the like

Closing wings under diminishing braking action to such-a
To achieve easy and tight closure of the wing here
the braking device consists of a leaf spring under the action of which the control arm stands during the tilting and closing movement.
The object of the invention is on the drawing in two different ways
Embodiments shown for example. Fig. 1 and 2 show an embodiment,
in which the handlebars including the leaf spring are arranged above the wing
is and Fig. 3 and 4 an embodiment in which the handlebar and the associated
Leaf spring located behind the cover strip of the sash and from the inside of the room
cannot be seen.
abgeschnitten. The cover strip of the wing is partially shown in the drawing
cut off.

SchutzansprUohel

In the drawing, a is the upper transverse wood of the frame and
b that of the casement In Figs. t and 2 is o the
Handlebar, which is designated in Figs. 3 and 4 with i. In both cases, the links are pivotably attached to the frame in such a way that they can make a slight upward and downward movement with their front free end. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the upper cross member b of the sash frame has the button d, the upper surface of which slides with little play below the leaf spring e attached to the front free end of the link G. The handlebar c also has at its front free end the longitudinal slot f, in which the button d is guided during the tilting movement of the wing and stops at the end of the tilting movement when the wing is tilted out. In the embodiment according to Figs. 3 and 4, the upper transverse wood of the sash frame has the rail g, which has the longitudinal slot 1 and on the lower side of which the leaf spring h is attached. -3- The front free end of the link i points downwards protruding button k, which slides with its lower surface with little play along the side of the leaf spring h facing the handlebar, the button k being guided in the longitudinal slot 1 of the rail g and at the end of the tilting movement when the wing is tilted out . The leaf springs e and 4 have the same shape in both cases design and have routes 1, 2 and 3. On the route
1, the upper or lower surface of the button d or k slides past the associated leaf spring with little play. If the wing is tilted further, the upper or lower surface of the button d or k runs onto the section 2 of the leaf spring; whereby the braking comes into effect, so that the tilting of the wing is inhibited until the upper or lower surface of the bed * button has exceeded the distance 2 of the leaf spring, whereupon the lock is activated, which is triggered by lightly pressing the wing will. When the wing is tilted, the front free end of the handlebar makes a slight up and down movement. Protection claims 1. Handlebars in conjunction with a braking device to limit the tilting movement when the sash tilts out when tilting, tilting or tilting or. Like. Windows, characterized in that the link (c, or i) is under the action of a leaf spring (e, or h), so that when the sash is tilted out, an increasing braking effect occurs before the end of the tilting movement. 2.
