Gegenstand des Gebrauchsmusternist eine Vorrichtung
zur kontinuierlichen Berstellung von Fäden aus thermo-
plastischem Material, insbesondere ausGlas, bei der die
Fäden von Stäben oder aus Düsen eines Vorratsbehälters mittels einer angetriebenen
Trommel abgezogen werden, indem die Fäden sich um einen Abschnitt der Trommel wickeln
und auf einem anschliessenden Abschnit von der Trommel, gelöst und zur Weiterverarbeitung

Weise und gestatten vor allem nicht
die Erzeugung gleiehmässiger Produkte in industriellem. Näse,
und zwar hauptsächlich deshalb,eildiean der Trommel zur
Wirkung zu bringenden Kräfte,durchdieeinesseitsdas Aus-
ziehen und Mitnehmen der Fäden durch die Tromalw ander-
seits das Ablösen und Fortführen der Fäden-von, der Trommel
erfolgensoll, entgegengesetzt gerichtet sind. Nie bekannten
Vorrichtungen erlauben es mangels unregelmäasiger-Mitnahme
der Fäden durch die Trommel nicht, die Auszie&geschwindigkeit
und damit die Stärke der Fäden in wanschenwerterWeise'zu
beherrschen. Auch in der Ablösung der Fäden von. der Trommel
durch die bekannten Mittel, wie Schaber oder gegen die Fäden gerichtete Gasströme
oder durch den Umlaufwind der Trommel ergeben sich beträchtliche Uhregelmässigkeiten,
die zu
ungleiohmässigen und damit in der Güte geringeren Erzeug-
nissen'führen und gegebenenfalls zu Störungen im-'Betrieb
der Vorrichtung Anlaß geben.
Die Vorrichtung gemäss dem Gebrauchsmuster ist so
ausgebildet,dass mit ihr kontinuierlich-und in industriellem
Ausmasa Fäden und Fadenerzeugnisse in gewünschter Stärke und
leichmässigkeithergestelltwerden-können indem Sr ein
sicheres Anhaften der Fäden an der Trommel auf dem einen
Abschnitt und für ein ebenso sicheres und gleit es
Ablösen und Fortführen der Fäden von einem anschliessenden
Abschnitt gesorgt ist.
Gemäß der Neuerung ist der Mantel. der, Ziehtromel mit
Öffnungen bzw. Schlitzen versehen und im Innern der Trommel
sind durch feststehende Zwischenwände zum TrommelumfängThin
offene Kammern gebildete von denen die eine im Bereich'des
Mitnehmerabschnitts liegende Kammer nterUnterdruckund die
andere im Bereich des anschliessenden AblSseabschntts'liegen-
da Kammer unter Überdruck steht.
Die Unterdruckkammer saugt Luft oder ein sonstigesas,
in dem die Vorrichtung arbeitet, durch die ScSjbitze'in as
Trommelinnere hineinund bewirkt daherini.hrem'Bereich ein
gutes Anhaften der Fäden an der Trommeloberflache womit ein
geeigneeAusziehen-und-Fortbewegender'Fäden gewährleistet

Um Störungen in der Fadenerzeugung durch da-Unterdruc&
oder den Überdruck zu vermeiden, kame sehtnt ruck-
kammer und der berdruckkammer an der der Fadeherzeugungs-
stelle zugekehrten Stelle der Trommel eine neutrale Kammer
mit-atmosphärischem Drack vorgesehen sein.
