Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zur Entfernung des Dampfes von der Innenfläche beheizter senkrechter oder nahezu senkrechter, unten geschlossener Wasserröhren mit Dampfableitungsröhren, die nach dem Dampfraum des Kessels führen. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß die Dampfableitungsröhren in verschiedener Höhenlage in an sich bekannter Weise mit umgekehrten Trichtern zum Auffangen des Dampfes ausgestattet sind. Das Wasser tritt in den ringförmigen Raum zwischen der unten geschlossenen Wasserröhre und der Dampfableitungsröhre und übt einen der Höhe der Wassersäule entsprechenden Druck aus, durch den der Dampf schnell in den Dampfraum befördert wird.The invention relates to a device for removing the steam from the inner surface heated vertical or almost vertical water pipes closed at the bottom with steam discharge pipes, which lead to the steam room of the boiler. Bei dieser Einrichtung wird der in der Röhre c aus dem ihr ständig zufließenden Wasser erzeugte Dampf sofort von dem über der Erzeugungsstelle liegenden Trichter aufgefangen und durch die Röhre α nach dem Dampfraum des Kessels geführt. Dabei füllt ■ sich diese Röhre fast vollständig mit dem Dampf an, und an den Öffnungen d wirkt ein der Höhe der Wassersäule entsprechender Wasserdruck, durch den der Dampf mit großer Geschwindigkeit in den Dampfraum befördert wird; man kann deshalb die Ableitung des Dampfes von der Heizfläche mit verhältnismäßig engen Röhren in wirksamer Weise ausführen. Ist die Dampferzeugung nicht lebhaft genug, so mengt sich dem Dampf in den Ableitungsröhren etwas Wasser bei, was indessen die Wirkung nicht wesentlich beeinflußt.With this device, the steam generated in the tube c from the water that constantly flows into it is immediately collected by the funnel located above the generation point and guided through the tube α to the steam space of the boiler.
