B. in the case of copper knitted silk can then change this perturbation, it appears expedient to acidify it or, in the case of normal yarns, to use a binding agent. 1 to be sprayed on in detail. These known measures are based on the following: The twisted thread consists of four individual threads, but a method for the production of a multiple thread, Fl, Fl. F3 and F 4, two of which each form a thread thread consolidated by means of a false twist. In section X (I) the Einzeldeseingangs described structure do not have threads Fl and Fl and F 3 and F 4 are each a contrast, the invention, the object S-twist condition so that thread groups A (I) and B (I) based on a process for the production of a thread of the described thread that is solidified with one another false twist in the Z direction is created by means of 45. In section Y (I), the individual structure is specified, which can be realized much more easily by threading F1, F2, F3 and F4 essentially in parallel. to each other and have no twist. In the section The solution to this problem is that a Z (I) have the individual threads Fl and Fl as well as F3 thread bundles in the area of action of a friction 5 ° and F4 Z twist, so that thread groups A (I) or twist generator in one or several individual threads B (2) arise, which in this group in S-direction existing, parallel to each other, the false twist device are twisted with each other. The subsequent continuous thread groups are divided, the inter- section V (I) corresponds essentially to the Abmittierend with the friction twist generator in contact cut Y (1), while the formation of the section are brought. In an advantageous implementation of 55 tesX (2) corresponds to section X (I). In an invented method, the thread bundle is divided by a descending thread consisting of a blow stream directed right to the thread path into thread-following and always repeating groups. Furthermore, the thread bundle ■ can cut X (I), Y (I), Z (I), V (I). The essential difference between being divided into groups of threads is electrostatic. 60 appropriate thread and a thread produced in a conventional manner to carry out the inventive method with alternating twist driving can be used as a friction twist generator, a rotating one results from a consideration of the F i g. 2 to 4 cam or cam disc or an eccentric or the F i g. 5 to 7, three of which are used on a single disk. other following sections of a corresponding The advantage achieved by the invention can be seen above all in the fact that it is shown much more simply in cross-section in a schematic representation. In Fig. 2 each thread group is contrary to realizing. With a single assigned clockwise direction with other thread groups and a device for issuing a false twist, each thread group can twist itself clockwise.
In Fig. 3 the individual threads run essentially parallel to one another, so they have no twist whatsoever, while in FIG. 4 each thread group with the other thread groups clockwise and each Thread group itself is twisted counterclockwise. In the case of the corresponding to FIGS. 5 to 7 The single threads are alternating in a conventionally produced thread with an alternating twist twisted in their entirety, so that the firm mutual support can never arise as in the case of this method according to the invention.
In order to pass the individual thread groups through the friction device in the method according to the invention To be able to give a false twist individually as well as at the same time, must be between the individual thread groups there is a small distance, which, however, must not be too large to accommodate all thread groups to be able to issue a final false twist. The contact condition encountered in a conventional process between a yarn and a friction device to achieve a twist is in F i g. 8 shown. The same state between a yarn and a friction device at FIG. 9 shows the method according to the invention. In the conventional method according to FIG. 8 will the yarn as a whole is often given a twist, while in the method according to the invention according to FIG. 9 the twist in the same direction is given to each thread group individually.
As a friction twist generator is suitable for the inventive Process an eccentric disk, a cam disk or a cam ring or the like (see FIGS. 10 to 13), whereby the yarn is intermittent with the circumferential surface of the friction twister without using the individual threads or thread groups reciprocating device can be brought into contact.
Any material with a high Use coefficients of friction with respect to the yarn, such as synthetic or natural rubber, with suitable hardness and sufficient wear resistance.
The tension of the individual thread groups is expediently chosen so high that they work properly Come into contact with the friction surface. When these thread groups leave the friction surface, in order to eliminate part of the twist given to them, at least two of these thread groups are used twisted together in the opposite direction to the twist of these groups, so that Extremely stable and sometimes doubly twisted threads are created.
With the aid of the method according to the invention, one of many individual threads can be produced with particular advantage Existing thread bundle with its twist of less than 50 turns / m to the twistless Process the state into a thread. This thread bundle consisting of many individual threads can be according to the invention divided into several groups by means of a blow stream. The preferred blowing medium is Air or another inert gas is used. On the other hand, this division can be broken down into the required Perform the number of thread groups also in an electrostatic way. In this case it depends the number of thread groups depends on various operating circumstances, such as the shape the blowing nozzle or the electric charging rods, the pressure of the blowing medium or the transmitted electrical intensity, the properties of the filaments, etc., albeit the number of filaments remains unchanged in its entirety.
Here, a thread bundle 1 consisting of many individual threads is fed from a supply roll through a Feed roller pair 2 and a guide 3 passed through. This bundle of threads is created by means of a blowing nozzle 5 then divided into several thread groups, which one with the moving surface rotatable eccentric 4 are brought into contact, the axis of which is substantially parallel to the runs through the guides 3 and 3 'defined path of the thread groups. The thread guides 3 and 3 ' are arranged in such a way that the threads only touch the eccentric disk in the eccentric section, but not in the other part, so that they do so intermittently and simultaneously through the disc be twisted. After passing through the guide 3 ', the yarn is from the pair of take-up rollers 6 recorded and then runs under low voltage, which by the rollers 8 and the take-up roll 9 are given a heater 7 in which it is hot-set.
Some experimental examples 1 to 12 are given in Table II. It will be using a thread the device of FIG. 14, the values given in Tables IA and IB different friction twist generators were used.
The cohesion of the thread is determined by measuring the so-called "d- value". For this purpose, a thread of 2 m length is hung up with a load of 0.2 g / denier on its lower end. A hook with a weight of 0.6 g X-titre of the monofilament thread (in denier) is hung in the upper part of the thread and moved downwards at a speed of 1 cm / min until its movement is inhibited by the tangling of the individual threads will. The d-value is the distance from the attachment point to the inhibition point. The smaller the d-value, the greater the cohesion of the thread. The specified d values represent arithmetic mean values from a large number of individual measurements.
