Einrichtung zum Schneiden von Profilmaterial, insbesondere runden
Querschnitten
Profilmaterial,
insbesondere runden Querschnittes, durch ein festes und
ein bewegliches Messer unter gleichzeitigem Festhalten des
Materials vor
sowie hinter der Schneidebene. Die Erfindung schafft eine besonders günstige
Anordnung des Halte-
hebels zum Klemmen des Materials vor der
Schneidebene.
klemmen,
was nachteilig ist.
bewegeng verhindert.

der Zeichnung schematisch daTgestellten Ausführungabeispieles näher
erläutert. Device for cutting profile material, in particular round cross-sections. The invention relates to devices for cutting profile material, in particular round cross-section, by means of a fixed and a movable knife while holding the material in front of and behind the cutting plane. The invention creates a particularly favorable arrangement of the holding lever for clamping the material in front of the cutting plane. There are cream devices with drive by a pressure medium known, which clamp the material during the cutting process , which is disadvantageous. There are also mechanisms with the mechanical drive of the
This arrangement makes it possible to change the size as well as the time at which the clamping force starts to work and, thanks to the elastic elements , ensures operational reliability even if the holding device is incorrectly adjusted or the diameter of the material to be cut is changed. In addition, it ensures the constant pre-stroke length of the material by the fact that the holding lever comes to rest on the material towards the end of the feed stroke and partially prevents its return movement through the effect of the friction between the feed jaws and the material in the initial phase . The essence of the invention and further features are explained in more detail in the following description of an embodiment example shown schematically in the drawing.

It pointing 1 shows a front view section of the device 2, the paths of the pins of the Hauptpleuels. On an inserted in the stator 2 of the machine pins 1 a two-armed lever 3 is pivotably supported, on whose one arm a bracket 5 is arranged on a pin 4 pivotally carrying the retaining member 6, soft rests on the profile material. 7 At the other end of the two-armed lever 3 pins 8, 9 are arranged and the lever is terminated by a stop 1c. An angle lever 11 with an eccentric pin is pivotable on a pin 8
In FIG. 2, the curve 49 shows the path of the pin 32 of the main connecting rod 25, the dashed part of the curve 49 corresponding to the movement of the pin 32 during the movement of the shear base 34 against the material 7 and the fully drawn part of this curve corresponds to the common cutting movement of the two carriages 34, 37 corresponds. The curve 50 represents the course of the path of the pin 24 of the main connecting rod 25, namely the full part of the curve belongs to the common shear movement of the two carriages 34, 37 and the dashed part of the curve 50 to the remaining movement of the main connecting rod 25 on the crankshaft 27 .
23.The device according to the invention works as follows: The electric motor
31 drives the flywheel 28 and the crankshaft 27 with the V-belt 29. from
the eccentric 41 of the crankshaft 27, the side connecting rod 42 is driven, which
the reciprocating movement of the Vorsehubnchlittens 45 by means of the two-armed
Lever 43 and tension member 44 brings about. The crankshaft 27 drives the main connecting rod
25 and thus also the shear carriage 34 and the holding carriage 37 and the auxiliary connecting rod

The profile material 7 is advanced by pliers 46 by the desired length. In return movement rles Vorschubsehlittens 45 is a risk dap the clamped feed tongs 46, the advanced
1o and 14 from each other with ever greater compression of the spiral spring 18. The force generated by the spring 18 is transmitted to the pin 13 through the upper plate 16 and pin 9, lower plate 17, plate spring 2o, nut 21 and connecting screw 15. As a result, the angle lever 11 and the two-armed lever 3 are rotated around the pin 1 and press by means of a clamping tool 6 on the material 7, whereby it is braked. Before the Schermeseer 35 rests on the material 7, the distance between the upper plate 16 and the spacer insert 19 becomes zero, so that the spiral spring cannot compress any further, and when the main connecting rod 25 moves further, the plate spring 2o is compressed and thereby from the clamping tool 6 onto the Material 7 exerts a force which lasts during the entire cut and only when the main connecting rod 25 is raised, the disc spring and the spiral spring are gradually released. In order to keep the clamping force of the two-armed lever 3 constant during the cut, the length of the auxiliary connecting rod 23 must be equal to the radius of the circle of osculation which is drawn through curve 50 (FIG. 2), which represents the path taken by the pin 24 of the main connecting rod 25 followed in that time segment in which the pin 32 runs on its path 49 on the vertical straight line, ie during the joint shearing movement of the two carriages 34 and 37 downwards. After the stop 1o is applied to the stop 14, it begins
