Schwenkrevolver zur Beschickung automatischer Maschinen
Durch Betätigung eines nicht näher bezeichneten Druckknopfschalters wird über die Kupplung 6 das Zahnrad 7 mit dem Motor 4 gekuppelt, wodurch das Schwenkzahnrad 8 mit dem auf diesen gelagerten Zahnrädern 17 bzw. 17' im Uhrzeigersinn der Fig. 1 schwenkt. Zahnrad I7' kommt dabei - durch Stift 31' und Anschlag 32 indexiert - genau mit dem Zahnsegment 29 in Eingriff. Es wird dabei im Gegen-Uhrzeigersinn gedreht. Gleich zeitig wird die auf dem Zahnrad 17' gelagerte Lasche 18' mit. dem in diesen sitzenden Zapfen 23' radial nach aussen bewegt. Zahnräder 17 bzw. 17' haben zum 7almst3ctmerit 29 ein Durchmesser-Verhältnis von 1 : 2. Dadurch tritt der bekannte E=ffekt der Radialbewegung eines Punktes dieser Zahnräder beim Drehen gegenüber dem Zahnsegment 29 ein. Damit nun das auf der Halterung 3 bzw. 3' fixierte Werkstück eine reine radiale Dewegung während des Eingriffs von Zahnrad 17' im Zahnsegment 29 ausführt, wird über die auf der Lasche 1I3' gelagerten Zahnräder 2U', 24' unü 27', von denen 201 und 27' eine Untersetzung von 2 : 1 aufweisen, die Drehbewegung infolge des Schwenkens von Zahnrad 17' während dei; Eingriffs im Zahnsegment 29 kompensiert. Diu Halterung 3' bawegt sich während des Eingriffs von Zahnrad 17' im Zahnsegment 29 rein radial. Es erfolgt dabei eine radial nach aussen gerichtete Bewegung der Halterung 3' bei Bewegung des Zahnrades 17' bis zur Mittelsymmetrielinie des Zahnsegmentes 29. Von dort, erfolgt bei der Weiterbewertung des Zahnrades 17' nach rechts im Uhrzeigersinn eine radial nach innen gerichtete Bewegung der Halterung 3'.
