Die Erfindung Betrifft einen Strumpf insbesondere einen
ganz oder teilweise auf der flach « Kulierwirkmasohine
hergestelltes Damenstrumpf aus volleyndetisohen thermo-
plastischen Fades, a B. Fäden der Gruppe der polyamiden,
mit einer besonderen Ausgestaltung soleher Strumpfe mit
Henkelplasohwirkware in bestimmtes Teilen des Strumpfes
undzwar in den verstärkten Teilen des Fajßea oder/uad
in da. äuferen Hälfte den Doppelrandes mit einem Stäok
der Strumpflåmgen nach dem Doppelrand.
Der Vorteil der Henkelplasehware bei Strümpfen aus voll-
eyadetisohen Fädeja <. B. der Gruppe der Polyamiden besteht
darin, dass z. B* die IjMeMeite des Fuaaee, also die ver-
stärksten Teile Ferse, Sohle uad Spitze mit Henkelplsoh
aus einem nicht vollsyadetisehen Faden versehen sind,
der die Tranepiration des Fasses, also die Feaohtigkeit
aufnimmtg wie auch wärmende Eigenschaften besitzt, was
bei volleyadetisohea Fäden nicht der Fall ist. Andererseits
ist die Eigenschaft der vollsyndetischen Fäden vorteilhaft
durch die yoß d Soheaerteßtlgleeit auf der
Aussenaeite der Strumpfware, also des Fusses bei Ferse,
Sohle und Spitze. Durch die Erfindung worden also die
vorteilhaften Eigeasohaften der verschiedenen Material-
arten zweckdienlich angewandt.
Ein wesentlicher Vorteil gem. der Erfindung bei der Anwendung
der Henkelplösohwirkware fOr diese Strampfteile ist, dass
bei Verwendung von vollsyadetische Fädes, z. B< Fäden der
Gruppe der Polyamiden mit anderen, nicht vollsyndetischen
Fäden ein Zerschneiden bzw. Zerrei : ben derselben durch
diePoliamiden dadurch praktisch vermieden wird, weil
die Fäden untereinander. von solcher unterschiedlicher
Länge in der Ware eingebunden sind, dass eine Reibung
der Fäden unter Spannung gegenseitig nicht mehr vor-
hundenist*
Ferner wird durch die erfiadusgsgemässe Anordnung von
HenkelplU-sehwirkware in den verstärkten Teilen des
Strumpfes der weitere, noch grSesere Nachteil bei Strampfen
aus vollsyndetischen Fäden vermieden, der darin besteht,
dass bei solchen Fäden wegen ihrer glatten Oberflächenbeschaffenheit das Laufen
der Maschen von einer beschädigten Stelle des Strumpfes aus wesenlich mehr begünstigt
wird, als es bei Kunstseide oder anderen glatten Materialien schon der Fall ist,
selbst wenn solche Poliamidfäden mit anderem Material plattiert gearbeitet würden.
DieHeakelplUschwirkware ist masohensioher, so dass gleieh-
zeitig der Vorteil erreicht wird, dass von beschädigten Stellen der verstärkten
Teile des Fusses wie auch des Doppelrandes und einesd Stockes der sich daran anschließenden
Strumpflängen aus kein Maschenlaufen mehr eintreten kann, gleich-
gültig, welche Art Fadenmaterial für den Henkelpl ! iach, mit
der Grundware aus volleyndetisohen Fäden, a. B. der Gruppe
der Polyamiden, verwendet wird.

verwendete Poliamide-Paden auf der Aossenseite der Ware.
Die weiteren Vorteile der Pltisohwirkware bestehen darin, dass
diese Ware in der Breitendehnung wie in der Längsdehnung
elastischer ist als glatte Ware, und beeinflussen dadurch
vorteilhaft die Passform des Fasses, wenn die verstärkten
Teile aus Benkelpl8ohwtr"are 8ind, wie auch die Elastizität
des Doppelrandes undoder des die des ansohliessenden Strumpf-
längeateiles. Bei den verstärkten Teilen, der äuesereja Hälfte
desDoppelrandes und des sich daraa ansohliessenden ver-
stärksten Stticken de, StrumpflängeB, kaBD zum Zwecke der
elastizität und der Maschensicherheit der !lisohfadent

ein PoliamidefadeB, oder auch ein Kräusel-Poliamidefaden
sein.
Dieerfindungsgemässe Strumpfware, insbesondere mit PHisoh-
henkels ix den verstärkten Teilen den Funseap wird nach der
Erfindung vorzagsweise so hergestellt, dase aueeer mit dem
Groadfaden: töx den Strampflängen und Punsoberteil dtene rer-
stärkten Teile Ferse, Sohle und Spitze noch Msätzlieh mit
eiDem wetter. dUJmen yollsYJldet1scheB.. B. Pol1amte..-Fadp
verstärkt werden, der gleichzeiteg noch mit &ur Grundware
gebildet ist, worauf ditun zusätzlich noch der PiaBohtadea
mit zu allen Nadelmasohen der Grundware in den verstärkten
Teilen gebildet wird oder es wird anstatt zwei oder mehr
GroNdwarenfäden nar ein starker Faden für d Grandware
verwexdetet iasbesodere f {ir die Verstärkung des Doppelrandes
und eines StUokee Strompflänge nach dem Doppelrand. Dadurch
wird ein gutes Verdecken des PlUschtadenn nach der äusseren
(rechten) Warenseite erreicht. Das Bilden der verstärkten
Teile mit Plisehhenkeln läset eine Verarbeitung von rosseren
Padenstärken te diese Teile zu, ohne dass die Elastizität
der Ware darunter leidet. da der Plisohfaden nicht mit zu
Platinenmaschen der Grundware gebildet wird.
Damit beim tlaohgewirkten Strampf bei den Teilen, die mit
Henkelplisoh versehen sind, die Nähte nicht zu W erz
werdenzwei oder vier RaadmaschCN, die vernäht wereexnaoh
einem weiterem Merkmal der ErfiadBag, nicht mit aaedem
Henkelplasehfadengebildet.
Durch diese Strumpfverbesserung wird eine wesentliohe
Qaalitäts-Steigerang erreicht and der Gebraaehewert erhöht.
DieErfindung sohliesst auch solohe Strumpfwaren mit ein,
die aar auf Rudatriokmasohinen hergestellt sind.
Ia der Zeichnung ist beispielsweise in
Fig. l ein flaehgewirkter, auf der flachen Kalierwirk-
maschine hergestellter Dame. strumpf darseetellt. dessen vier-
stärkte Teilet die veratärktea Fuasteile, die äaaaere
Hälfte dea Doppelrandea und ein sioh daran anschlieaaendes
StUck der Strumpflänge, mit Henkelplasch yersehen und durch
Schraffur veranschaulicht ist.
Fig. 2 zeigt schematisch dargestellt eines Längsschnitt durch
einen Doppelrand und ein Sttlelc des daran antchlioeen
Teiles def Strumpfläagen.
Pig*3 zeigt ein Stüok flachgewirkter Benkelpläschware mit
nandmasohenö1ndung.
Bei dem dargestellten Strumpf Fig. 1 sind die FusespitzeLl,
die Sohle 2, die Ferse 3 oder mit die Hochferse 4 aus Wirkware
mit ohhenkela, bei welcher tiber jeder Platinenmasche
eis Plüeehheakel a die Grundware eingebunden ist, gebildet.
Der BenkGlplUeoh erstreckt sich auf diejenige Anzahl von
Maschen in den Teilen der Ferse ;, Sohle 2 und Spitze 1 oder
auch Boohterse 4 des Fasses, die verstärkt gebildet werden.
Vorteilhaft kann aber auch nur ein Teil der Hoohferde 4 mit
Plaschverstärkung gearbeitet sein und zwar, der noch an die
Ferse 3 angrenzende Teil der Hoohferse 4, der noch am Rand
b4szur
des Schuhes reibt, dann wird die liochferee 7 Marklwunge-
linie 4a, also nur ungefähr in halber Länge 4a-4b, mit
Plisohhenkel gebildet, während der übrige Teil der Hochferse

gewohnlieh verstärkt ist (Fig. l).

Es liegt im Bereich der Erfindung, nur bestimmte verstärkte
Teilt des Strumpfes mit Plischhenkeln zu versehen, so das
entweder nur die Fusspitzo l, die Sohle 2. die Ferse 3 oder
auch nur die Hochferse 4 mit Pldshhenkeln versehen sind,
oder dass nur die äußere Hälfte 6a des Doppelrandes 6 und
das sich an dem Doppelrand anschiieasende Stück 5 des Strumpf-
langen13 mit PIRschhenkeln versehen ist.
Vorzugsweise wird als Päsohfaden für den Strampf aus
vollsyadetisohen z. B. aus Poliamide-Faden Naturseide vorge-
schlagen* Es kennen aber auch andere vorteilhafte und geeig-
nete Materialrten z.B. Baumwollzwirn oder Wolle usw., als Plüschfaden verwendet
